properly. A lot of the text comes out in very narrow columns. The problem happens quite often on eBay. Chrome does render it properly. Could you please look into this? Thanks, Jon

I seem to have gotten something called Google Ad Services. It frequently interferes with my getting to websites and I cannot find how to block it or remove it. HELP!

There is one particular website which is a necessary site for me. It is "realestate.com.au". To date, this is the only website displaying these quirks, however there could easily be more which I have not yet tripped over. The home page will open, but trying to open anything under it (account, login, search etc.) results in a plain white page with no data. I can operate the site normally on Chrome or Safari so it is clearly something in Firefox settings. I have tried to install a back version (107) to check that the latest uplift didn't introduce any undesirable attributes. I cannot see any settings which may be causing this so any hints or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.

When I open a website, the message "Firefox is already running" comes up every time. Task manager says nothing is currently running. I have to click "close Firefox every time I go to a website. Can you help? Thanks Alan Murray

I have recently reinstalled windows and then installed Firefox. When I go to settings then click on an item Firefox freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled (with revo uninstaller) but it still happens.

Would appreciate suggestions.

I am having an issue in browser like most of the times when try to open sites even sometimes my own cavity back irons site the browser giving error "wait or close page" like this & sometimes browser crash suddenly and reopen. Why it's happens? kindly let me know the solution. Thanks.

Managing Firefox bookmarks has become impossible as of 12/1/23. Browser freezes up and then task manager shows multiple instances of FF open.

No help is available anywhere. Community blames the user, mocks the poster, blames PC configuration when nothing was changed. Only offers impossible to understand instructions. Help topics don't help at all.

I've noticed since the latest update, when click on a link or search for something, there is a delay.

Is there anything I can do but it doesn't happen to all sites but annoying.

This doesn't happen with Chrome.

Please fix the abovementioned problems,make a browser bit faster,improve the consistancy of the browser so that it will stop crushing.Please make it stop alternating or change mail pages.

FireFox Developer 99.0b8 (64-bit) on the "aurora update channel" on Windows 10 PC (version 1803, build 17134.2208)

I notice whenever an update is pending (the green dot appears in the icon for the "Open Application Menu"), FF becomes unresponsive in a way. When it happens: It does not totally freeze. I can select/switch between existing tabs & scroll thru their pages. I can close tabs. I can open a new empty tab. But I can't load or refresh any pages. The only fix is to do the update, and re-launch.

Since the developer edition gets updated frequently, it is a pain.

I like the Developer Tools! But... How can I scale back the FF "update frequency", or "change the channel", so updates are, like monthly at most?

Today firefox can't lunch at all, I made a clearing, also reinstalling (but not "clear" reinstall). There is no any crashes or crash reports, it just doesn't launch

Hi! So, I don’t really know what I did but I tried opening Firefox and it says Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.. I tried reinstalling it and it shows the same error. How do I fix this?

Your new update, like your last several suck. It is sssllllooowww to load most webbsites. Watching a video is frustrating, pausing every few secons. I am SICK OF EATCHING THAT WHEEL GO ROUND AND ROUND. What is most frustrating is your damned "Update" looser, piggy-backed of of a windows update. I DID NOT want an update, because you idiots cant create a update that doesnt screw up every aspect of peoples browsing or interne5 experience. To m,ake it worse, you cowards hide. I asked this question about 115.4.1 and was told to try in safe mode. However I cannot connect to my mail servers of which I have 2 and Gmail when in safe mode. Please look into the resource handling problem with the new Thunderbird under Win10.

1) Whenever I open Thunderbird the Gmail messages apparently get refreshed taking several minutes. I have cleaned up that inbox and limited to 366 days of mail.

2) I spent hours moving mail from past year from my other accounts into local storage. You no longer can scroll and block select more than about 20-30 messages at a time regardless of the background activity 1) above. The program requires you to repeatedly release shift key to grab more than a few messages. If you are able to grab say 1000 messages, and try to move them, the system chokes and does not respond.

3) Any background activity impedes the ability to scroll the inbox.

The new versions are crippled in some way as far as resources. The older version was more tolerant.

Please listen to complaints. Putting in safe mode I cannot troubleshoot. It is also very difficult in Win10 to follow instructions to safe mode unlike previous OS.
