When I open Web Developer Tools -> Inspector -> Eyedropper the eyedropper just shows a circle but does not copy or display the colors as you hover over them. When you click it just copies #000000 to the clipboard.

The only way I can use the Eyedropper is by going to: Tools -> Browser Tools -> Eyedropper.

My current Firefox version is 94.0.2 and I noticed this issue within the last minor/major update. I also noticed that the issue heavily depends on the website you are trying to get colors from. Some websites work fine while others it does not work.

When I try it on Hacker News (https://news.ycombinator.com/) it does not work for me.

I installed Firefox on a new windows laptop. Then I discovered there are two copies. How can I remove the duplicate without uninstalling both? The PC arrived with Windows 10 and I upgraded to ver 11.

Firefox will not play any videos for me. This occurs on every website. On youtube for example, the loading circle will be perpetually spinning over the video. I can use the slider to scrub through the video, and a static image will appear, but not play. The Youtube video will play no problem in Edge browser.

This is on a Dell Latitude laptop with intel i7 integrated graphics. I have already tried every common solution I have found while searching:

• Computer drivers and Firefox are up to date
• Disabled hardware acceleration
• Disabled all my add-ons
• Turned off Firefox enhanced tracking protection
• Turned on allow autoplay video and audio
• Started in safe mode, still won't play video
• Cleared cookies and site data
• Refreshed firefox
• Uninstalled and reinstalled firefox

Is there anything else I can try, or any troubleshooting steps I can follow?

On screen 'buttons' don't work when using Firefox but work with other browsers.

When connecting to the following web site the on screen 'buttons' DONATE and DONATE NOW don't function when using Firefox.

Firefox is my default browser and has been for many years. If I copy and paste the link into another browser e.g. Chrome, the function as expected. Is this a fault with Firefox or with the particular website?

I have an account and thought that the bookmarks etc would be saved. when I downloaded the most recent version of mozilla everything went out the window and it stopped working. I had selected not to restore defaults cause it messes with a lot of settings that I didn't want to have to redo again. didn't matter what i did it wouldn't work. ended up having to install a new version of mozilla, how ever my history, bookmarks, etc that I rely on being there where all gone. I need help trying to get everything back please

I am absolutely devastated to find that my saved logins and passwords have all vanished from my account. I just uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox because the sync on my open tabs didn't seem to be working. But now ALL of my passwords are gone and I don't have them anywhere else because I thought I could rely on Firefox.

I'm logged in to my Firefox account but they are all gone.

How can I get them back? Please keep it simple if possible, I have no background in IT.

Using Firefox 94.0.2 and I randomly can't load web pages. It will work fine for a while but eventually I get stuck loading the page. Restarting the browser seems to solve it for a while. This only happens with my Firefox browser on my organization's PC running Windows 10. The browser works fine at home.

I have tried various things, like deleting private data, re-installing the browser, using installed and portable versions, running in troubleshoot mode without addons & extensions, but to no avail.

I'm currently writing this in Chrome because Chrome doesn't have this issue.

I have a duplicate Firefox account that I would like to close.

I forgot the password for this account, and when I go to https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password to reset it, I enter my email address for the account I'd like to log into and it fails every time with the message "Primary account email required for reset".

The API response includes the error message "Reset password with this email type is not currently supported".

My account email address ends in @hey.com. Is this domain not allowed for password resets?

When I click on this [https://www.ensonhaber.com/] site, Firefox eats all the memory. I tried both Window 10 and Linux. Also, I've tried it while any plugin not installed.

Since the 94.0.2 update, I can no longer access Chase.com. I'm assuming it's a privacy issue of some sort. I've tried allowing all cookies, turned off tracker blocking, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I run Windows 10 and Firefox. Suddenly I cannot copy a Word file and Paste it into my customer's web site. Message says it is to do with Firefox settings. I am not able to publish my essays on my publisher's site and he cannot download my Word files.

Hello I love Firefox and I primarily use Firefox on all my devices.

I manage facebook and instagram account using facebook content studio. I have no problem uploading videos to facebook. I upload the videos to Instagram from this link (https://business.facebook.com/creatorstudio/instagram_content_posts). I'm not having a problem uploading a post(image). but I'm having trouble uploading the video. The problem I have is: the video upload continues up to 99.9%, but somehow it does not go to 100%. I cannot share the video unless it is 100%. I try again, close and open the tab and sometimes even restart the browser. Not all the time but too many times I have this problem. I upload the same video to twitter, facebook and instagram. video uploads to twitter and facebook without any problem, but not to instagram. I wait for a long time, but unfortunately it is not 100%. I have been using the Google Chrome browser for video uploads for a while because firefox has not finished uploading, and I have not encountered any problems so far. I only experience this problem when uploading videos to Instagram and through firefox.

I am using Facebook container and Tab Reloader plugins. I also wrote this problem on facebook, but they do not seem to have a problem. please find a solution to this problem. I want to use firefox. not chrome u.

This has happened on several of my computers. Upgrading from some version of FF80 to some version of FF90 results in gibberish text.

What Mac OS system fonts does Firefox require? I somehow got this fixed on one system, but many monthds ago, so I don't know what actually worked. I have cleaned font caches, etc. but cannot get it fixed on the latest so far. Settings are Latin, normal fonts like Georgia or Verdana.

I have done all the recommended solutions including Refreshing Firefox. Youtube still will not run. I just get the pic and the rotating arrow. Have to copy the url and open any other browser and paste. Mac OS vers. 11.6.1 Firefox vers. 94.0.2 64bit

Nascar for one, there is no error message, just a white space where the video should appear but does not. It plays fine in Chrome. I am using 94.0.2 I have tried unchecking hardware acceleration and use recommended settings.

Overnight, my the text size on my Firefox interface shrunk significantly. No other programs have changed, nor has the text inside the browser. How can I change this back to the original size, and how can I prevent this from happening again?
