This is becoming more annoying than ever with Firefox. Goggle will not launch sites, or launches with blank white window.

Does not happen using Safari.

What is wrong with this browser!

See above on Subject = inability on my laptop with Firefox provider to watch certain dramas/films on 4 due to DRM. My problem is trying to follow the instructions hitherto given. I just want to be able to access those sites with DRM overlordship getting in the way. I am an old man who is simple-minded, that is, not 18 years and adept at whizzing around laptops.

I'm not sure that I picked the best topic, but here goes . . .

Sadly, I used an app called CleanMyMac X and now all of my passwords, etc, that were saved in "Blur" are gone. It seems that Blur might be in a folder called "Old Firefox Data" that is now on my computer's desktop, but all of what might be Blur's data is encrypted and I don't know how to access it.

I have written to Blur, and CleanMyMac, Mail.com, Google, and others, but I only get automated answers that won't work because I can't login to anything because my passwords are not available to me.

What to do? I can't even login to FF, nor can I get the email that FF has for me.

Can I ask for answers at [removed email from public] ?

SAME FORUM WEBSITE that stalls on loading and ONLY SHOWS BLANK PAGE if u click favorites window or type in the address and go to it RANDOMLY and you have to reload, NOT EVEN SHOWING A BACK BUTTON to the new tab page is a way strange bug never seen any other browser ahah THANK

After every update, my Fire Fox browser tells me that the version I used isn't supported anymore, forcing me to open a new browser. I lose everything! I can't keep doing this nearly everyday! I keep trying to ask for help but no one will help me! No matter what I do this issue continues. I thought it was because of my laptop but it's not. It's Fire Fox, which sucks because I loved using this browser.

Within the last 10 days my wife's computer has been denied access to a number of sites via the Firefox browser and she receives the Insecure Connection message. She uses the work around using the Advanced path button. We are confused why without any changes to her machine this is happening. She is on an iMAC using OS version 10.7.5 and Firefox 48.0.2 and accesses the internet through an internal network, she has Airport installed and is connected to my iMAC which has OS 10.9.5 and Firefox 78.13, and has never had any difficulties accessing sites or with Firefox. We're aware that our OS versions are outdated but all our applications work well and so we see no need to update. We'd appreciate any suggestions and thank you for your help. I am writing to you because of Mozilla's new add-on policies. I am especially focusing on the point: Encryption – standard, in-browser HTTPS – is now always required when communicating with remote services. In the past, this was only required when transporting sensitive information. While I am supporting this new rule, I would like to ask, if there is any chance to be excluded from this policy. I am the developer of Domain Country, an add-on which allows you to retrieve the geographical information (and other data) about a given domain. To retrieve this data, Domain Country uses the API https://ip-api.com/. Unfortunately, this API requires a paid key to be accessible via HTTPS (Example URL: https://ip-api.com/json/mozilla.org). While I am very frustrated about this solution, I still decided to implement it, because I could not find another free API service. To still ensure that users are protected against Man-in-the-middle-attacks, I decided to manually validate the data after it is received (the code for Domain Country is open-source. This is the line, I'm talking about: https://github.com/Myzel394/domaincountry/blob/master/src/apis/fetchDomainInformation.ts#L94). Domain Country will also be continuously updated to ensure the user's safety. As a student with only low income it is also impossible for me to pay for https://ip-api.com/.

I hope you understand my problems and consider excluding Domain Country from the new add-on policy.

Hello, For some reason I can no longer log into my gmail or yahoo email accounts using Firefox. I have no idea what the problem is, other than it is a great inconvenience.

Cant Play AmazonPrime videos on my mac desktop (its an admittedly old desktop, cant afford a new one just yet. using Firefox 78.15.0esr (64-bit).

Today, when i tried to watch a videos on Amazon Prime, im getting messages that say "WidevineCdm plugin has crashed" when i try to play.

Is it due to discontinued Flash? Are there any solutions??

Closed tabs keep reappearing, either spontaneously or on Firefox restart. Trashed the session files, emptied the trash, even restarted the computer to no avail. It will even create duplicate tabs of these same five tabs that were closed days ago. Thank you in advance for your help.

WHAT is with the new update that RUINED the browser with crazy unneeded UI CHANGES?? DO NOT NEED flashing tab light EVERY SINGLE PAGE LOAD and even waterfox has CRAPPY DESIGN with BAD DEFAULT SCROLLING. HOW TO FIX THIS NON-SENSE??

What is this ludicrous FLASHING TAB INSANITY every time you LOAD A FREAKING PAGE in the new firefox theme UI WHERE are the reasonable themes that do not GO INSANE EVERY PAGE LOAD that is bloody MADNESS HAHA! ALSO how to fix the address bar autofill THIS IS THE ONLY MAJOR BROWSER that does not autofill to subpage that you frequent WITH BOOKMARK AND ALWAYS TOP LEVEL DOMAIN ON PAGE, very silly and can VERY USE A FIX GET THIS BROWSER up to speed as the other ones THAT SHOULD BE DEFAULT CLEARLY! ADD ON FOR THAT EVEN TO MAKE A FIX. YES THANKS.
