Hi, for some version (now I'm using 77.0 and everything is fine), when the writings are on a white part of the video, they have grainy edges and are unwatchable. This does not happen neither with Opera, nor with Edge and not even with Chrome. Not even with 84.0.2 the problem was solved. I kindly ask for help.

Dear Mozilla community, I was re-ordering the main tabs for daily use. The little blue line that indicates a move-change was about to show up when my finger slipped from the Apple Magic trackpad. The TAB that I use for dissertation work (PHD) disappeared. Thinking that it simply was transferred to the my Bookmarks, I checked there. No joy. I also checked to the bookmark menu TAB for my university teaching work. Not there either? Hmm. I searched for the Bookmark (PHD) and I am not able to locate it.

Any suggestions?

Hi! For several days I've been unable to check notifications and click emoticons on FB. I just spoke with a tech who checked other browsers (Chrome, Safari) as well as my phone and I was able to do both with them all. But I still can't in Firefox. I've checked to make sure I'm updated, and I am. So she suggested I reach out to you. Should I try uninstalling Firefox and re-installing? I'm assuming I'll lose my history? Thank you!

I am still using version 77, and am wanting to know if version 92 still has that enlarging address bar. I refuse to upgrade until I know I will have an option to turn off that ridiculous enlarging address bar. I absolutely HATE it.

Firefox was crashing, installed update under "about firefox". Launched and error said: Needs newer version of operating system. What to do? Have followed all the help articles and it does not see my previous profile only the new profile shows.

Noticed after a FireFox update I am unable to post picture comments to others posts on Facebook. GIFs and emojis are fine. Tried resetting Firefox and deleting extensions. No change. Restarted computer. No change. Can, however, post pics on other browsers like Chrome. Using updated Mac OS Catalina.

No ideas what else to try.

Hello, Mozzila Firefox keeps freezing on Linux Mint ,any distro that I used, luckily its the default browser that is used , so new users get to be tortured by it. In addition the garbage pile that is the mozzila account keeps deleting passwords even though its the same god damn account even after syncing it. So to summarize I will be switching to google chrome cause at least their browser fucking works even though it devours all the ram it can find. God bless.

im was on linux manjaro and fedora and i did some thing bad (idk ) to fedora and it doesn't want work (fedora) sooo i copy the files of the bookmarks from manjaro and fedora (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data) into extra drive and formated the drive that fedora + manjaro was in and installed mint 20 and iv tryed to pest the files from the extra drive and returns me errors in firefox (the files didn't worked ) what should i do

We have a website with self-signed certificate and when the site is loaded for first time, a warning is given and we click on "Accept the risk and continue" to load the site. This behavior is acceptable as we have a self-signed certificate. After, logging in, we have an iframe in dashboard ( url in same domain) which doesn't get loaded [Empty screen without any prompts]. In chrome browser, after clicking on continue for the first time the site gets loaded, the iframe also gets loaded properly. In the same way, iframe is expected to load in safari browser as we have already agreed to continue(when site is loaded for first time) and url is also from same domain. Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.

Maybe my request is very weird. But ever since the new firefox/mozilla revamp, I am told I have to log in each time I use firefox. I don't know why and what benefits. Its time consuming as after the log in, I need to get a code from my emails and so on. It is really annoying to do this. Or am i doing something wrong and have missed something? Anything will help before I start disusing firefox due to these extra steps. Thanks for tips. Peter

Extended desktop, two different PCs, vertical layout.

Upon opening Firefox a white bar appears across the bottom of the top screen and the only way to get rid of it is to hit F11 (Fullscreen) twice. Minimizing, maximizing, restoring all have no effect - only taking it from a normal window to Fullscreen view (no menu bar or tabs), then back to a normal window works.

It happens on every new window opened and it doesn't matter which display it is opened on, the bar will be there if moved to the bottom screen, until F11 is pushed for that instance of Firefox twice.

This has happened before and it would seem to go away on later updates, but it is currently visible on every computer I have that has one display above another.

First of all, I have to thank you to build the community in your freetime. I've changed my computer. I have 2 firefox accounts, the first for private browsing, the second one for work browsing, and I use them via different Firefox profiles. The configuration of the private account (adam**********y@gmail.com) was succesful. But the configuration of the work account (s****i@orfk.police.hu) was not. I've used this accounts since 2013, and I'd reconfigured them so many times, and there wasn't any problem until now. The actually problem is the unreceived verigfication email. I've tried the actions below: - checking email working -> Perfectly works. - checking spam folder -> There is no any mail in the spam folder. - adding accounts@firefox.com to contact list -> Done. I did not get the verification emails. The administrators probably changed the security settings. I cannot log in, I cannot sync. I tried to send you this letter from my work e-mail, but I did not find any support address, just this option. How can I resolve this problem? Thans for your help.

I frequently do a lot of diverse research, and try to maintain a strict subject matter thread in each open window. As a result, I have 150+ windows open, each with a number of tabs. Even with the win 10 bottom taskbar expanded all the way, it is difficult to find a particular window, as they are all randomly displayed. Is there a way to alphabetically sort the open Firefox windows shown in the win 10 taskbar? Would this be a Firefox function, or is it a Windows function? Any assistance would be appreciated!

The first time I noticed the Megabar (I believe it was FF75) I absolutely hated everything about it and ruins the experience using Firefox. I am also not alone in this matter because as soon as the change was established, communities popped within hours to fix the problem. The old way of fixing this eyesore of an issue was the old about:config and changing around the settings then VIOLA! back to normal. Now after the update to 77, the Megabar is back and forced down everyone's throat and the old about:config is no longer the fix to this terrible experience. Literally after an hour of this trashbar being up, videos and guides popped up to try to fix it. Whole communities have been formed to hate this feature and ask Firefox to change it, or at least make it optional to go back. My question is, looking through google has only come up with the chrome.css(?) fix to this mess. Is there any way to change it back to the old url bar without having to go through the chrome.css fix or just uninstalling and reinstalling a previous Firefox or do I have to just migrate to another browser like Opera or Chromium?

i don't like icon single eye in password because i think is not user friendly to me ... cz like spying me ... why you don't say "show password..." and i will tell to everyone about that
