Well, this was it. Salesforce users know, that if you double-click on a field in a mask, you can edit this field and afterwards confirm the change of the field with <return>. The new value is usually shown in red. After the return you can edit other fields also and again commit with <return>.
After doing all changes in this mask, I could confirm all changes with an extra <return> up to Version 56, which is funcionally spoken like hitting the Save-button.
Since V57 this leads to mentioned Salesforce error "Error ID: Data Not Available".
I'm trying hard to update Firefox since V57, but this is really a no-go for me, because I'm a Salesforce Admin and use this funcionalitiy felt like a hundred times a day.
Btw: I just realized that my DeepL translation site also still doesn't work with >57. So maybe someone could keep me informed when such basics will run properly again.
Until that I go back to V56 (and Chrome).
