I want to delete the saved login names from my browser. Also, I do not want to save login names in my Firefox browser going forward.

When looking up places using Google maps the Earth / Satellite view is distorted since a few days. The maps are fine, but the photographs look like LEGO in a crash. And now that I contact you and want to include a screenshot even the LEGO disappears. It is all black now. I have no problems viewing the Earth view using Safari.

I use an iMac late 2009 with Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.5 and the latest version of Firefox. What is wrong?

That was many versions ago...

Then in more recent previous versions it would open the picture but also a blank tab.

Now in windows 10 ver 47.0.1 it opens a blank tab and windows picture viewer.

Going to tools - applications - jpg, and trying to select other... and put firefox.exe into it does not work.

On my pc I have Sandboxie config'd for 1 shortcut that opens FF in a sandbox. But I can open FF normally from elsewhere and it runs w/o Sandboxie. Don't know how I accomplished this. I need to do the same on my mother's laptop.

I've surfed all over and waded through 10 pages of question answers here on support.mozilla.org. Would really appreciate anyone who could clue me in.

I got a new computer and for whatever reason ended up with 2 firefox accounts under 2 different email addresses. I want just one. what do I do that won't make this worse?

With the latest version of Mozilla (47.0.01), my background colors/styles no longer print?

I've selected the option to print background colors/styles, as I have done before, but it does not do anything, no colors print on the page?

When will this be corrected? I've tried everything, changing settings (for theme type, for background color of empty pages/tabs, changed background colors, added correct DOCTYPE to page, nothing seems to work)?

Does anyone else have this problem?

Get messages over and over. Freezes/have to sign out. Get the following message over and over

Whatever I do, have to sign out and come back in. It continually freezes up or crashes.

I am receiving secure connection failed error when logging in through http://intqaeos.kdc.capitalone.com/c1/login.aspx on ff 48 and 49b on windows xp 32bit. Please fix this as soon as possible as this is holding up testing.

Firefox has been crashing on start-up for the last couple of weeks. I've tried a clean install, refresh, and safe mode without success. The only time(s) I've been able to get it to open and run is when I click Options quick enough and uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available." In that case, Firefox works fine the rest of the day, even after enabling all my plug-ins; however, when I try to open it the next day it's back to crashing over and over. When I do get it to stay open long enough to uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available" it will work OK. As I enable each plug-in, I close and re-open Firefox to check that a particular plug-in isn't causing a problem. I've had to resort to Internet Explorer quite often because I can't get Firefox to open and I HATE IE. I've used FF too many years to give up on it. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. NOTE: I also tried reverting back to 47.0,1 and experienced the same problem. Medium to large files have a hard time completing on Firefox. It keeps failing, and I can retry, but it just keeps failing. I have to retry about 2 times for a 700mb file. I have to retry exponentially more the larger the file gets. Even a 50mb file can fail. I have done everything that was listed on the support forums, nothing works. I am currently using safe mode too.

Hi In Firefox Quantum 76.0.1 when I go to the Firefox theme page and click on a theme or an add on It just comes up with ONLY FOR FIREFOX DOWNLOAD FIREFOX NOW when in reality Firefox is already installed. This mean I just cannot install new themes or add ons as they all say the same thing

1. What the heck am I doing wrong?

2.How can i get the themes site and add on site to recognize that Firefox is already installed?

In other past versions it just says INSTALL NOW and you click on it to install the theme or add on

After recent update to FF 47, multiple web sites I access with photos were not working. A safe mode and triage procedure indited HTTPS Everywhere. Is there a setting to repair this? or is there an alternate to ensure FF accesses secure version of site options?
