new update from mozilla will not let our business print ebay invoices every second page is missing just prints our logo. Moved on to internet explorer and works fine. Also reported this issue to ebay and the confirm the fault is with mozilla shame realy enjoyed mozilla> Come on guys lets have this problem sorted

i've backed up my iphone 4 with itunes but can't find my contacts, i'm told that they will be stored on my browser somehow but this means nothing to me, can anyone explain please?

Whenever I try to go to a website, random ads pop out instead of the website. Also, when I am just surfing the web, the browser automatically closes. I am a busy student and I do not want to deal with this nonsense.

If I disable this through noscript I can not use Firefox... I multiple antivirus/adware products that have cleaned my computer and chatted online with AVG and been told that it is not a virus but a problem with Firefox.

When I copy the e-mail Message header and message into SPAMCOP and Press " Process Spam, SPAMCOP returns with the message: " No source IP address found, cannot proceed.". However, if use use INTERNET EXPLORER 9 to report to SPAMCOP, it works fine!!!

Hi all, I tried everything (I know of).

Firefox reset - done! Malware Bytes - done! McAfee Stinger - done!

But i cannot seem to remove this so called redirect/popup of a website - offers.bycontext.com

Whenever I try to type anything into a textbox (username, login, password, anything), I get redirected to another page, or a popup window is displayed with this stupid URL.

Anyone has a solution to this? How come this does not happen to Chrome??

I am using firefox 28.0 on linux(RedHat). But SCIM is not working on this version of firefox. Do we have any command line steps to enable SCIM on this version of firefox, or do we need some extra variable to configure to support SCIM. SCIM version using is:Smart Common Input Method 1.4.14

Every day I visit the web site of a financial management company. After logging in, I can see the financial results of the IRA I have with this company. When I use AOL to do this, I click on a hyperlink labeled "Export"; then I select the name of the file and the location the file should be saved to. For example "C:\My Documents". When I click on "Save", the file downloads to the selected destination and I can open it with Microsoft Excel.

When I try to do this with Firefox, it does not ask for the name and destination of the file and, even though the down pointing arrow flashes, the file is not downloaded.

What do I need to do to get this file downloaded to my PC?

At home on my wifi I can't get a website to pull up on any of my devices or my families. I have asked others to pull up the site outside of my home and it works fine for them. I've cleared my history, shut down my devices and even shut down my internet and restarted. Any suggestions?

i have two diffrent windows opening up telling me of a virus with a phone number to call 1-877-469-2757 it started after downloading mozilla thunderbird. i have since deleted thunderbird to try to get rid of it. ever 10 minutes i get the new window telling me to call that number. please help.

Since upgrading Firefox and including the favourite addons (noscript,flags, add block plus), I have these blank pages appearing with the URL leading to 'd.7769domain.com'. They appear randomly when browsing. I ran my Norton360 and found no virus. I have found information of this on other sites, but no mention on the regular warning forums. So is this a scam to get me to download a program suppose to be able to remove this. If this is a problem, how can I remove it? I have completely removed FF36 and install FF37 with the above addons and again it comes back to haunt me. So far no-script seems to prevent it from accessing the URL, but it is annoying when these pages pop up.

Anyone else come across this?

Upgraded on 4/6 to 37.0.1 OSX Yosemite with AOL Toolbar 2.2 Since upgrade noticed 2 problems 1. On aol mail, eg sent mail display, trash can symbol as each line is selected disappears after a while. Can get it back for a while if I restart Firefox. Very annoying. 2. When browsing, sometimes FF will lock up and I have to Force quit. Done this 4 times in last 24hrs.

I'd be happy to go back to the previous version - 36.?? - it worked perfectly. Or alternately, if I can't go back, can I reload 36.0.1 without the aol toolbar? Please let me know how.

Installed 37.0.1 and now have the Bar at the top of the screen. Did everything to remove it and it is still there. It covers up the top of spreadsheets and am now unable to maximize them or save them. A Bummer!
