I have another kind of problem with Firefox

Description

I get this message every time I load Firefox. Clicking OK starts up the browser OK:- onload error TypeError: TcFfUpdates.getTcPluginsInstance().onBrowserStarted is not a function

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

I installed the previous update.

I want absolutely no glitches when I upgrade my MacBookPro from OSX 10.5.8 to 10.6.3. I use Safari as my main browser and Firefox only when a website does not work well with Safari. Therefore, I thought it might be best to uninstall Firefox before I upgrade, because I can always re-install Firefox after I have upgraded. What do you think? I have AppZapper to use to uninstall Firefox since it will search out and collect all Preference lists, etc., that accompany Firefox, resulting in a complete and clean uninstall. Any thoughts? Thanks!

This did not occur until yesterday when the new version of firefox came out. I updated all the appropriate programs, I am also having a problem getting you tube to go to full screen. This occurred at the same time. It has to be connected to the new version of firefox

When trying to update Flash, Firefox tells me that the Flash plugin is required to install the Flash plugin.

I have only recently noticed this problem, when I am clicking into my Show All History it turns out to be blank and my bookmarks aren't showing up either they show up when I click Bookmarks tab but not in my Library under All Bookmarks.

I have double checked my settings and everything is set as to how the forum help suggests I tried maybe extending the amount of time before my history got deleted I have set mine to delte in 5 days however when I turned my pc off the other day and I logged on to try and find something I had searched for the previous day by clicking Show All History nothing is there it is just blank why is that?

I hope I have explained the problem well enough because I can't seem to figure out why my history is blank

Trying to update adobe.Instructions say I should see an "allow" bar pop up when I try to accept the update. I'm not getting any bars popping up and can't proceed with adobe updating.

current mozilla website design has eliminated (or hidden beyond my ability to find) information on what has changed in the latest released Firefox. The only thing I can find on "whats new" is a bland, generic "Firefox 3.6 is wonderful" video.

I was trying to remove the Yahoo toolbar when I accidentally turned off the drop down menu bar at the top which includes Bookmarks. How do I retore the drop down menu?

Help! My saved bookmarks doesn't appear when I type in the first letter. For an example, I saved "www.facebook.com" as one of my bookmarks. Whenever I want to enter facebook, I'll just enter the letter "f" and there it goes, a drop down link from the html bar and I'm off to facebook! But recently it haven't been showing the bookmarks I've saved. I re-installed firefox and it didn't solve the problem at all. How and what should I do?

I downloaded the current version of Foxfire and set it as my default browser. I need to apply for work and many companies only support IE. I clicked on IE and only Foxfire opens on that icon. I can't find my IE, my bookmarks there are gone and I can't apply for the jobs! I took Firefox off as default browser, but it didn't bring back the IE. I am very unhappy at this point and need help!

Found 0 results for My browser is missing important items, the whole tool bar...., drop down menu to print, copy, work off line, file, save, book mark, history. I just installed latest foxfire on windows xp. Found some instructions but they called for using keys my computer doesn't have ( key in OSX There is no file, edit , history, help, tools, navigation, all the things your directions say to use. Also I always get hung up and the message a scrip is running. I don't know what thises scrips are but I sure don't need them.
