Dear Mozilla community,

I have just finished creating information website www.darimulutkemulut.com (DMM) which provides opportunity to post short classified ads free of charge. The site is mainly focused on Indonesia visitors, but can be used by everyone.

What should be done so that the website become visible to others in Mozilla search engine results? At the moment Mozilla search doesn't provide any search results for my site. The only opportunity to open the site - if to put its name in the address bar. But normally people just use search engine.

I posted an inquiry here last year and just realized 7 months later that someone responded to my previous post. I never received an email notification that my inquiry was responded to, so I just assumed my issue remained unanswered. I came here today to post a new inquiry, and happened to check on my previous posts which is how I discovered the response.

All the boxes are checked in my settings, but there is not an option for receiving an email notification when someone responds to a post. There is only an option to "send emails for private messages" but that is not the same thing. It is quite a glaring omission if this support site does not notify a member that their post has been answered; how else are we supposed to know? By having to routinely check back at this site? That's not very user-friendly for a company that is very user-friendly. Thank you.

Both Autopager and Ziftr alerts are shown as incompatibile with latest version of Firefox -- 36.0.4.

Can anything be done to fix this? Is it Mozilla's problem or the developers of the add-on? Oris this a problem of incompatibility with another ad-on, as often is the case?

OK, so auto hide taskbar would stop working, very frustrating since I keep it at the top - so I followed the suggestion on line and "refreshed" FF. That fixed auto hide taskbar, bookmarks still there, but my opening set of tabs (which I keep from session to session) vanished.

So I did a system restore to the most recent point yesterday morning, and this did indeed restore the opening tabs, but now the bookmarks disappeared. Found the profile location and there is nothing in the bookmarks backup folder.

What is going on? Is this my computer or FF? What do I do now?

I do have an old desktop that has most of the bookmarks on it so I can transfer if need be, but I want to know what the heck is going on because it's all very unstable obviously and I need to rely on my browser.

When a facebook video from a friend comes to me on email I go to facebook and get three loading lines but no action thereof... what should I do. Tried to put microsoft media player plugin but it does not show on plugins?

On my desktop version of Firefox, the option shown in this screenshot is disabled: http://screencast.com/t/k7YIzNTC9C7. It's not greyed out on my laptop version.

Also, I'm not able to select the "Always Enable" option to always enable notifications from certain websites in my browser on my desktop, but I'm able to do it on my laptop.

Both versions are updated to 36.0.4.

I use an addon called Maskme which fills in fake email addresses tied to the real email. When one wants to stop the resultant spam, all he has to do is to block the email. Mozilla recommends another program that is a password program and not what I use and it doesn't mask the emails.

What happened? A good little add on which I used a lot.

If it can't be reinstated, I will have to finally go back to another browser, reluctantly, because that is one of the programs I use a lot, as well as one that uses activeX (which only works on Explorer). Seems like Mozilla is slowly reducing my choices!

I am running Win XP on a 32 bit machine. I have Firefox 36.0.4 installed. After I exit from Firefox some time later I get an error message saying that Firefox has crashed.

I has tried to uninstall it from the Control Panel/Add Remove Programs, but when I select Mozilla Firefox and Remove, nothing happens.

How can I remove Firefox from my PC, so that I can then update it with a later version?

On several occasions within the last 6-9 months, I have been notified of the latest version of Firefox, clicked to apply the update, restarted Firefox and stayed at my previous version - see subject. So, I followed the link in "About, Firefox", which informed me updates are available, and I am greeted with "Congratulations, you're Firefox version is up-to--date!". Not an earth shattering problem but somewhat annoying. Why does this happen? Thanks.

Opening all kinds of file types in the download list doesn't work. Not just only PDF's. I don't understand this answer: too technical for me.

Each new version of FF seems to be buggier than the last. I have crashes numerous times every single day. I've periodically restarted FF, I've made it so that Adobe Flash isn't automatically started unless I've already allowed it, I've upgraded my graphics program...this software just keeps getting worse. Is there anything that can be done about it, like For Good? Thanks.

I'm sure there is an obvious answer to this question that I am just not seeing!

A new "panel" has magically appeared in to bottom of my browser (full width). It contains History and Bookmarks. I can't figure out how to remove this bottom panel. I don't see anything in the settings that fixes this; and "restore defaults" does not remove it. The only thing I can do is drag the top of the panel down to minimize it - but it re-appears everytime a new browser window is opened.

This becomes a real hassle when trying to use FIrebug or Web Developer, as they are competing for the same real estate. Can anybody shed some light on this for me? Thanks!

In your last version I was able to pull down the extra Adobe cookie removal selection from the Tools menu. I don't see it in the new version. Has it been incorporated into the general cookie removal process? Now using version 36.0.4, Windows 8.1 Thanks

Am getting constant request about debugging script: see the Script message above. This has only started since the last update of Firefox 22 Mar 2015. What can I do to stop this?

Although Firefox 37 is already released, I still can't update (still stuck in Firefox 36.0.4). When I see the window "About Firefox" a message that my browser is updated appears.

I downloaded the setup file of Firefox 37. I installed it as I always do and when opening Firefox, a failure occurs and this unexpectedly quits.

I don't understand because my Firefox doesn't detect the update. I even tried to do a clean install (not upgrade) and still the problem of "unexpected shutdown" is happening.
