When I updated to Firefox 25.0.1 all my add-ons were gone so I downloaded some of them again. My problem is with Flashgot when I downloaded it I can add the Flashgot (thunderbolt) sign to the toolbar, but the Flashgot media icon (which looks like a cinema reel) is not visible.

So basically when I try to add add-ons I right click on the Firefox toolbar which gives me the option to "remove or add items" by dragging them. So I dragged Flashgot media (called FG Media) (which is not visible in the menu by the way) and predictably was not visible on the Firefox add-ons toolbar

Anyone know what's up?

Multi-Column layout incorrectly rendered after resizing Firefox window

Hello, I have a
that uses CSS3's "column-width" as follows:
div.article {
    position: absolute;
    height: 100%;
    column-width: 20em;
    -moz-column-width: 20em;
    -webkit-column-width: 20em;
}

It renders fine (a long text is split in 3 columns, each of 100% height), but when I re-size the Firefox window it sometimes does not split the text in 3 columns, but creates one column of (approx.) 300% height. It happens for both shrinking and expanding the window size.

Antilog Calculator

Antilog Calculator commonly called as Anti Log or Inverse Log calculator, is an online tool used to calculate Inverse Log values with respect to the base values AntiLog or Inverse Logarithm

The anti-log is simply the inverse log calculation. Namely, if you know the logarithm of a number, you can compute the value of the number itself by taking the antilog. The anti logarithm is defined as

y = antilog x = 10x

For example, if you want to compute the antilogarithm of 3.5. Clearly, since 3.5 is a number between 3 and 4, the antilogarithm will result in some number between 1000 and 10,000. If more accuracy is required, this online anti-log calculator can help you out find out the exact value of the given input. Since Log and antilog are inverse functions, then this means that 10Log x = x, and Log 10x = x

You can use this information to modify a formula to solve for different desired quantities. As a general rule, logarithm or anti log functions operate on numbers that are unit less

Sometimes (not always) when I turn on my computer it opens Firefox without being asked, and attempts to open a site which Site Advisor regards as suspicious and blocks. Suspicious site address is contained within the Site Advisor warning address as below:: http://www.siteadvisor.com/restricted.html?domain=http:%2F%2Fstatic.australianbrewingcompany.com%2Fng%2F%3Fz=1%26ilmernzkvtaztus=D43D7EA9024755BC%26pu=%26s=D-firefox%26nm=ilmernzkvtaztus%26t=&originalURL=-1492158024&pip=false&premium=false&client_uid=1978693972&client_ver=3.6.3.549&client_type=IEPlugin&suite=true&aff_id=691&locale=en_gb&ui=1&os_ver=6.1.1.0

I have searched for and removed cookies containing refs to 'australianbrewingcompany' but it returns. I think that the first time this happened was after in course of a Google search I was directed to a web page which looked like a genuine Microsoft Windows page offering driver updates. Something - I cannot remember what! - about the site address made me think it was not a genuine Microsoft site, and I closed it without further action, and the australianbrewing site immediately appeared. It continues to do so. Any ideas on how to scrub it once and for all? Thanks!

I don't know when this started, probably a few versions ago, but it is driving me mad! And before you ask, I already checked about:config and both warning options are true. After searching a bit, I have found that the cause of this may be that I also have "Show my windows and tabs from last time" selected. Are these two options really incompatible, or is this just a common bug? If they are, is this by design? I close Firefox on accident all the time because Windows does not always automatically set the most recent or top-most window as active, and it is very annoying to have to wait for xmarks to sync when I don't even want to close FF in the first place. If there is currently no way to have firefox warn before closing and restore your tabs, are there any easy work arounds or addons that solve this? Sorry about all the questions but this is so frustrating.

Hello, I have had this issue for a while and I have finally decided to ask for some help, usually I can find answers to my problems but am a bit stumped on this one. My issue is this: I do a search, right click link and open in new tab - works 80% of the time. ok other 20% page wont open just stuck. Whats interesting though is I have found if I refresh the google search page I can then open the link fine, - the first open page is still sitting there spinning around, sometimes when the link opens this will kick the first try into finding the site. Now it has been getting worse. Now links on web pages becoming inactive as in i click on the link and nothing happens, right click and it does not have open in new tab ect. Its as though the page has lost all of it connections to the internet. sometimes when i refresh the page after a link not working it will open the linked page? bizarre. I have done a lot of research on this and have done things like clear the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, changed to new profile, and a myriad of other things mainly in regards to pages wont load. does this happen in other browsers, I barely use other browsers so haven't noticed that it does. I use ghostery and ad block plus, ad block pop up, ad block is set to exclude google. does this happen on other computers with firefox on my wireless network? not as much sometimes pages wont load but can put that down to internet or wireless issues. I cant rule out it being a browser issue because when pages wont load from google links i can open bookmarks and the pages load as well as links from them out to the internet, and the page open via google still sits on spinning, try the link again and again and still wont load. Could it just be a bad link? it happens far too often for the internet to have that many bad links. other clues, Ad block plus and ghostery have used this and updated for a long time with out these issues. Issues only started with the last couple of firefox updates. something of interest is that this issue started around the time we upgraded to adsl 2+ from adsl and got a new modem, but the internet is still connected and I can still surf from the bookmarks so that could be just a coincidence so I still cant rule out a browser issue. oh does the page time out - eventually yes but takes a long time, I do see it saying waiting for fonts.google or other such things but tried all of those fixes and nothing helps. I hope I have been able to get my issue across. Any help would be greatly appreciated Soleous75

For a long period of time (I'm sorry, I can't remember exact dates, but this problem is over the course of a couple years that it began, and in the past couple months it's gotten significantly worse.) I've had Firefox consuming large amounts of memory. Several years ago it was generally only half a gigabyte when this problem started, and my main annoyance was that flash would occasionally crash. But now over the past several months the issue has only gotten worse, as firefox typically consumes 1 gigabyte to nearly 2 gigabytes of memory sometimes with as little as 2 tabs open.

I generally have a maximum of 10 tabs open, 6 on average, which as far as I've seen from others using other internet browsers is actually not an incredibly high figure. If the memory troubles are starting up, closing flash heavy tabs like youtube or some advertisement heavy sites does seem to help, but it never, and I really mean never, fully alleviates the issue, it just decreases the amount of memory usage somewhat, slows the growth of memory usage until I visit a few more sites.

I run Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, have an incredibly huge amount of bookmarks (if that's the issue I'll cry), and am in the bad habit of only turning my computer off every few days. If I do not turn my computer off, close firefox when it's having memory troubles, and then re-open it when task manager claims the processes ended, the memory troubles start much faster than if I restarted my computer. I do not have many plugins or add-ons, primarily just java, flash, silverlight, and a few other things floating around. I have tried disabling all of them except flash several times and the problem still persisted. I admittedly, have never tried disabling flash player. All of my plugins and add-ons are up-to-date. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions such as booting up in safe mode to no avail.

I hope you can help, I really don't want to leave firefox and find some way to transfer my horrendous amount of bookmarks. Thanks much.

Also, on a side note, it is hilarious that your troubleshooter add-on does not have its author verified.
