I was trying to see something on youtube through a link that was sent to me in an e-mail. It wouldn't play, but gave 4 options to use to update my 'whatever' (I don't recall the technical name). One of the options was Firefox 3.6.8. I hit the download and it appeared to be downloading. Then a box popped up, much like an error list and stated 'corrupt image' alongside of Firefox 3.6.8 Then when I tried to just close things, I kept getting new windows that were trying to open and it was like cycling through..attempting to open, but not opening.

OS XP, using Internet explorer, Can't get on MZFF site to get to Help to check updates then download newest version of MZFF I am a novice at computers and since I had to uninstall Yahoo, my daughter told me to get Mozilla Firefox for a browser.

I would like to upgrade my Firefox 2 browser to Firefox 3.6. But when I download the file my computer says it can't be opened because the image can't be mounted onto the computer or the file is corrupted.

I need to upgrade to firefox 3.6 in order to download and use the yahoo toolbar but can not download the toolbar while running firefox 2 what must I do to solve this problem

Thinking if I uninstalled some Firefox 2.0 features I could get it to run faster on my dinosaur Mac OS 10.3.9, now I can't get it to open at all. It tries, then collapses in desperation.

I click on the downloaded new version of firefox file but nothing happens when I double click the file, so there is no way I can upgrade. The file is titled Firefox 3.6.13.dmg. I am running an old Mac OS X v. 10.2.8

When I download newer version of Firefox my bookmarks do not transfer. So I continue to use the older version which I notice glitches in certain websites (I figure because they don't support the older version)

I want to upgrade to 3.6.13 for Mac, but I get a warning when installing: Firefox 3.6.13.dmg corrup image. What is the problem?

I click on the line under the google box which suggested I upgrade and then click on the page that had a download pictue with an arrow. It downloaded just fine but when I tried to open what was downloaded it would not open and I got a message that it would not open because the file was corrupted. I did this several times with the same result.

Apparently 4.0 is for Intel Macs only. I have a Power Mac. Actually, my wife uses Firefox and now she is reeaally mad at me cuz she cannot open her browser. I went back into the Macandfound the original version 2.o. It opens up but has my bookmarks and not hers and it acts squirrelly. I could not find a version 3.*** to download anywhere online.

I have FF 3.0 on my desktop but when I move the firefox icon to the applications icon it says I do not have sufficient privileges to complete the action. When I tried to upgrade to 4.0 it said it could not do it. I suspect my OS cannot handle 4.0

I presently have firefox 2.0.0.20. which I used on my older os 20.28 for my mac. I just upgraded my mac os to a 10.4.11. I have been told that firefox 4.0 doesn't work on this os and to use 3.6 firefox...is that correct and if so how do I get it to download? thank you. MMHR

Cant run anything more then MAC OSX 10.3.x atm . Trying to find a newer version then fox 2.0, but cant go anyfarther back then 3.6 on the website. any download directioys i can look at other then menu driven?
