Please view screen captures that best show the random issues I have with Firefox browser. This started a few months ago on my desk top PC. I have kept my Firefox up to date using 147.0.1. and still run WIN 10 Home. Although I am sure Linux is in my future!
The issue happens randomly where the top row of my browser disappears off my screen. I can work around the issue no problem but would like to know and understand the issue and if I can resolve it from happening. Firefox is the only app I have this issue with. And it is random and cannot be forced, I have tried....

When I try to full screen any streaming site on Firefox I can see the desktop on the edges, the video isn't fully centered on the screen. I have tried updating Firefox, my drivers, restarting my computer and even checking to make sure the resolution and aspect ration were good. Is there maybe an issue or bug I can try and resetting with a setting on the browser?

Recently when starting the browser I've seen that Microsoft Defender blocks requests to one of my homepage shortcuts, due to it finding the URL suspicious. My question is as the title suggests: does Firefox ping the URLs or fetch metadata of said domains automatically/in the background to update the icons, website title, etc? It is always suspicious to find Microsoft Defender stating it blocks request to websites I haven't accessed in a while. So I'm trying to deduce if it is a feature and not a ghost in the wires...

The first time i'm installing Firefox it quickly made me fall in love with this browser and wanted to fully migrate from Chrome to Firefox, it's more lightweight, has more customization, fully private & secure. But there is only one thing that made me just almost migrate to Firefox, or just 99% complete transitioning to Firefox, and that is me unable downloading. Yes, thats it and it's pretty annoying. I just able downloading pictures, but not when i'm downloading an apps or software like Discord for example. PLEASE HELP ME, MY LAPTOP (X240) IS VERY OLD AND I NEED EVERY PERFORMANCE ON MY LAPTOP FOR WORKSTATION PLUS WITH THIS RAM PRICES (ykwim).
