I run the current version of firefox on a Windows 11 Dell Inspiron Laptop. My bookmarks are here, but the tags have disappeared. This has happened once before, and it took several days to restore the tags. Why is this happening? How do I prevent it?

I have updated today 2-7-2026 Read Aloud on Windows 11. It said I needed to allow permissions on 3 things. 2 of those things on the same page had slider controls for permission which I turned on. The 3rd thing is not present. It is supertonic.ttstool.com

I want to make sure my new update to Read Aloud will continue to work well. I have low vision and use this add-on a lot.

I'd like to know how to check that Read Aloud has the permission it needs for supertonic.ttstool.com

I can't pull up the original screen or I'd tell you what the other two were. One I think had to do with permission while navigating.

My cloud account is nearly full but when I go to update the account or purchase more space I am blocked. The authenticity of going from Mozilla Firefox to cloud is blocked because it cannot confirm it identity. I at the point of not being able to use my computor due to being blocked. Can anuone tell me how to get through?????

How can I get Firefox to stop automatically downloading links? I've selected the "ask me" option in settings and that doesn't stop it. In the past it worked fine but for the last several months I've tried everything and it won't ask me what file to put it in. Now, every PDF gets automatically sent to my Adobe cloud (which I definitely don't want as I'm planning to ditch Adobe at the end of my current subscription) and I have to go through a convoluted work around to even be able to get it downloaded into the file where I need it to be. I cant get Pandora to load with Firefox . I am in Mexico and have been using the Browsec VPN to listen to Pandora and all of a sudden it stopped loading. I get the blue screen with Pandora logo but it doesnt go past that. Pandora works on Edge with the same VPN Browsec .

I Have contacted NextDoor about this also, but in my original FF profile there was a login issue, after trying to reset my password, the NextDoor login screen comes up blank white. If I make another FF profile, It comes up with the NextDoor login screen, and if I start FF in troubleshooting mode NextDoor comes up and I can login. Any idea how to rectify this. I cleared cookies, cache and browser info, to no avail, even start up cache in the troubleshooting. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide. I have two machines running Windows 10 and Firefox 64 bit (synchronised and up-to-date). I recently noticed that the desktop is missing several Firefox bookmark folders, which contain hundreds of bookmarks.

How do I get the desktop fully synchronised with the laptop? Do I use backup? If I am to use backup, how do I see what is in backup, so that I know it is backimg up correctly? Do I reinstall the Firefox and import from backup?

My Dashlane password manager extension wasn't working, so I deleted it and planned to reinstall it. When I tried to download this extension again, I got the following error message: "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

I have the most recent update of Firefox 147.0.2 (64-bit). Please let me know how to fix this issue, as I heavily rely on this extension to sign in to most websites.

I am looking to transfer apps and programs from an older desktop(running windows 10) to a new desktop(running windows 11)

i missed the deadline to change my primary email on firefox from cox.net when i try to add a secondary email, the verification code is being sent to the cox.net email account which is no longer active or accessible. The yahoo.com email which inherited the cox.net email accounts had a deadline which i missed as well The best solution would be a manual override to add another email as my primary email for my firefox account. this would be on the browser currently residing on the older(windows 10) computer...Please advise if this is possible alternatively, is there a way to open a new firefox account ? if so, would the cleaner install be a new firefox browser on the newer(windows 11) computer ?

The goal is to migrate bookmarks, set up a live primary email account and transfer saved passwords. manual entry can happen if needed but a file trasnfer of the firefox program in its entirety would be easier

When there are many tabs open, the displayed tab line re-centers automatically obscuring the open tab. Is there a way to disable this mechanism, or to insist that the open tab is kept visible? The current mechanism that obscures the open tab is user unfriendly.

Today when I went to play spotify on Firefox browser it said playback of protected content is not enaybled and at the top it says "The WidevineCdm plugin has crashed". Ive tried everything I could think of and possibly do.

Ive tried: Restarting my computer Deleting and reinstalling Firefox Using troubleshoot mode Disabling Widevine plugin Refreshing the page Toggling DRM content off then on again and ive submitted all crash reports

Im just not sure what to try next, if anyones experiences this before and has bypassed it somehow. Please share

Hello,

I just upgraded to the latest FF version 147.0.2 64-bit and now the video's on Facebook stop playing when I change to another window. As soon as the FB windows is not selected (in focus) they stop. Going back to the FB window, the video can be restarted.

Can you please investigate/fix this? Thanks!!!
