Hello, I use a shortcut link in my book marks bar to access my apple email account throughout the day on my mac. Apparently my firefox browser was set to auto-update and the new update today has presented some problems. None of my icloud apps are loading either using the updated browser.

I'd like to have no news, people stories, nothing on my screen when I open my browser. Is that possible? I'm ready for the world to slow down and get more connected to nature. Thank you.

please help, i did the FF security update and lost everything! i have no passwords or bookmarks please send me a link or something to recover to last weeks version of FF this is driving me crazy.

After both a MS and Firefox update, I have lost all my Firefox bookmarks

I have viewed several videos online that showed how to restore them, they seemed straightforward enough, but I always hit a dead end.

Firefox>menu>Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks>LIbrary>Import And BackUp>Restore>ChooseFile

Once I get to Restore, there are no dates available to me to pick from.All I get is Choose File, but when I click on that, nothing happens. Dead end.

When I try to log into Xfinity to pay my bill I get this. Is it related to Firefox? Thought I'd ask you before I tried to work my way to a human at Xfinity

Of 3 macs in the house, all on OS12, the one on ethernet to the ISP has been failing regularly: 1.) fails to collect history 2.) fails to present long-time home page 3.) if it does boot-up properly, expected behavior slows down markedly during a session on the computer (Usually rebooting the entire machine restores this. This morning even that didn't work.)

Hello:

  For a couple decades now, my favorite browser has been Firefox.

I've manually enabled my Web Cam and Mic in the browser settings to work with Facebook. It seems like Firefox still DOES NOT SUPPORT Facebook 's Video and Voice functionality. Anyone know, if there's a possible fix for this? Is Firefox Software Development Team working to correct this issue and is there a possible projected date on this resolution ?? Please don't hesitate to help me with this technical problem...

I can no longer log in to "EDD" to certify for my unemployment benefits using Firefox. When I called EDD, they said that because I was using Firefox as my browser that that was the issue. They said that others that were using Firefox were having problems as well. They said Firefox should be coming out with a fix, but I am am still not able to login. I have to open up another tab and use Microsoft Edge to login. This is a pain. Please help, Steve. I am not sure if one of the frequent updates I get from Firefox created the problem or perhaps changed a setting?
