Firefox is preventing me from going to certain websites because it is telling me I am using adblocker but I have none installed.. I am trying to play around with the settings but I still can't do it. Is there an inbuilt adblocker? I need help please...

Hi, I have 30 Firefox processes running and they are taking up ~2700 MB (84%) memory. I have 8GB installed memory. I'm running Win 11. What causes processes to run and how do I know which ones I can end?

I signed into one of my financial accounts and it said the sign in was with firefox windows 10. I have windows 11 on my computer. Is this a security issue? Fire fox says i am on the latest version

Dear support, I have 2 pcs and I need to enter sync password every time I open Firefox - start notebook. It works fine on the second pc and password is remembered. How to solve it? 3 times now, my account has completely reset, forcing me to log into everything again and not working with the key that I copy and pasted and downloaded. I would like my old data back. Why does this keep happening?

In many cases when one opens a new tab, the new one is opened on the right of the "parent tab". After reading the web page of the new tab, one often decides that the new tab is no longer useful and deletes it. Firefox automatically opens the tab on the right of the deleted tab, rather than resuming the "parent tab" on the left. This seems to be an ineffective design as probabilistically there are perhaps >90% chance one wants to go back to the "parent tab".

Q1: should Firefox change the default for resuming the left? Q2: is there a setting that user can change?

you asked me to change my profile, choose a color and I did. But when I wanted to Firefox, all my old password and bookmarks had disappeared. I want them back if I am going to continue to use Firefox as my favorite browser.

its pretty much what it says on the tin, im not seeing my channel points in chat

i turned off the enhanced tracking and i still cannot see or earn my channel points i have turned my site security to nothing to see if that would do anything I have turned off all my add-ons and they just dont show can anyone tell me whats happening here

I have checked settings as best as I can and tried disabling all extensions but still have the issue.

Hi there. I accidentally downloaded an app "startfenster.de" when updating VLC player. I deleted the app from my laptop but the website still opens whenever I start firefox. I tried changing the settings for the Browser, cleaning the cache, rebooting the laptop but nothing works. What can I do? The website https://www.startfenster.de/ doesn't seem to be dangerous but I still fnid it rather annoying. Thank you for your help! Katrin
