While taking screenshot of entire page or section within the page, taken screenshot resolution is of very low quality. As a result when shared the screenshot with someone using copy paste function or download and share option, in both methods screenshot image quality is very low making it very difficult to read data/text from the same. Text from the screenshot is barely in readable format. Even zooming the image distorts image totally. I want a way to increase screenshot resolution or improve its image quality so we can read easily without zoom or zooming the image file.

This wave of so-called AI (really nothing of the sort) is a nightmare for security, usability, performance and efficiency and if you keep forcing it on us I'll be jumping ship, probably for whichever fork excising it all gets popular.

I've been using first the Mozilla suite and then Firefox (since it was called Firebird, even) for twenty years now, don't do this to the browser I love.

I noticed I cannot log on to amazon.ca or shaw.ca anymore on firefox, why?

When I signed up for Mozilla Privacy I didn't see there was a $99 charge; I thought it was just a new feature. I don't want it for $99. How can I cancel and get a refund?

how do I get the house tab onto my tool bar? my lap top has it so when I close a window it goes to main Mozilla window. on my desk top there is now house to press when I leave a window it closes the home window.

I've just seen the update that firefox now allows "profiles" for different purposes (e.g. work, fun, etc.) which seems really handy. But I'm trying to wrap my head around how to approach restructuring my current setup. In particular, do these profiles *all* sync with my mozilla account? Or do I need a separate mozilla account for each profile? (if so, that sort of defeats some of the utlity here unless you're sharing the PC).

I can't tell from the support article, doesn't seem to address this, but you do need to login again if you set up a new profile.

not sure how to bring Firefox bookmarks from my old laptop to my new one. Hate to lose them all ! i got a new lap top, have signed into Firefox, but don't see my bookmarks. Help.

I use Microsoft Office 10 Outlook (version 14) for my email. In the past , if I did "file, email link" from Firefox, it would open my MS Office Outlook... As of today , "mailto" now wants to use Gmail or Outlook (web version), and I can see no options to use MS Office Outlook.

Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

I need to restore my profile on this computer. my other one failed...I need my bookmarks and passwords to websites restored. I have a account recovery key. I can try to log in, but I dont know if I have my password correct

Why did I have to change my profile. I am afraid that now I have lost the password and bookmark library I have spent years building. Why? If I have lost everything I am dumping Firefox forever. This sucks!
