Hi, I like to use the Inspector window to modify layouts for printing &/or save as pdf only portions of a page or a whole page that's not laid out in a printer friendly way. Lately in the "Rules" pane of the Inspector window, I've noticed something I've never seen before. Normally it shows a list of rules for properties, attributes, etc...(CSS) which I can select or locate and change/modify with virtually no problems. Lately in that pane I've been seeing an item with an italicized title "element attributes style" and a lock icon on the upper left next to that text and it doesn't show show a link to the CSS page on the right side, nor does it allow me to select anything within. Does anybody know about this ?...is it some new setting or something that's changed in the newer versions of the browser. A couple of months ago I updated FF, which I hadn't done for awhile, and also just by chance, since that update I hadn't really used the Inspector for one reason or another, so I'm wondering if it's just a coincidence, since I had never seen it before. I'd appreciate any info or opinions about this. Thanks and wish everyone all the best.

Dear Mozilla, I have enjoyed Firefox and I always appreciated the vast headline stories recommended in the past. Recently, there seems to be a change where every recommended article requires a paid subscription, i.e. Slate Plus, I already pay WAPO, NYT, WSJ, San Diego Union Tribune, Arizona Republic that i cannot afford to pay each and every website. I would be very happy if you could tell me where in my settings i can set it to show only free articles or perhaps my screen could show a little green dollar sign saying if article was behind a paywall. thank you for your time in reading and assistance. I despise ai in every use and way with a passion. Now, it gets spammed everywhere on this browser, with no apparent way to disable and/or remove that filth. I don't want to see it, ever! Why is it even on by default??? I don't want "chatbots", "Ai assistants" or any of that shit at all.

In the last few days, my Firefox has been changing languages on its own. Today, after an update, a language like Swedish or something similar appeared.

Unfortunately, it seems that the Italian language no longer works. I tried other languages, and when I restart Firefox, they work. I try the Italian language, and it never works.

Why is that?

I have lost all of my bookmarks, bookmark tool bar after Firefox's last update. I have spent the last day trying to recover what has been lost but I am having no luck in getting everything back in place. I have tirelessly gone over all your possible remedies and get no results. I can't even send a message to Mozilla through their help messaging system. My only recourse appears to start using another web browser. If I can't talk to someone who can help guide me through a mess I did not cause, then I am forced to find another company that is responsive to my problems. I recently received a note from firefox tat I had done something wrong and that is why I lost y bookmark option. I em wondering what exactly it was that I did wrong. I EM IN THE PROCESS OF UPGRADING MY COMPUTER TO WINDOWS 11. I hope you can help me with this issue. If not, I will not take you with me on my new computer.

I ran CCleaner and now I can no longer use my bookmarks or even see my top sites. I love using Firefox due to ease and now that I can no longer get my bookmarks to work or see my top sites, It is difficult to use.

Hello, I just purchased a new desktop computer. I have passwords and bookmarks that I would like to move over to the new computer. Can this be done or do I have to manually move each item. It would be so much easier to recapture all. Thanks for you help.

When in browser and signed into account, user is able to copy obscured password information simply by clicking "Copy" in the password manager. User is more familiar with Windows systems and using Firefox browser on that system, which prompts User to input the systems PIN to verify identity.

- I'm used to using Firefox on Windows 10. Recently got a Steam Deck and am trying to relearn Linux as it's been awhile. First thing I downloaded was Firefox so I could easily copy my passwords for VPNs and accounts. Didn't think it would be as easy as clicking "Copy" in the password manager. Is there a way to set up a PIN for a little more added security. I've already created a User Account and it did prompt me once (I think), but with the portability I'd like it to ask for a PIN (shorter than password) or frequently. Thanks

Just moved to W11 - initially I had to resolve the bookmarks functional error message - done, but I seem to have a long list of items suggesting many bookmark folders - with items that were just links to sites I had been on - and the original bookmarks folder I had created does not now appear?

Following help on here re bookmarks and history system non functionality - I have renamed files and deleted files such as favicons.sqlite etc etc - but that has not resolved any issues.

Not sure that explains it - hope you can help.
