I use the Selenium IDE plugin for my job about 1 year. But yesterday I encountered a problem. I saved the project I was working on and left work on Friday(10.10.2025). And for a year, I kept saving it to my desktop. Yesterday(13.10.2025) morning I restarted my computer because it was running very slow. When I turned on the computer, I saw that the Selenium IDE project file I was working on was missing. I say "lost" because when I had it checked by the system team at the company I work for, it didn't appear to have been deleted. Also, I don't have any files with the ".side" extension in the recycle bin. I tried to find it with programs like Recuva and Everything, but it is not found. This is a very important file for me and my work. Can you help me please?

I just finished describing in detail a problem I have uncovered. Just before posting I clicked on an offered link that said it would help provide Mozilla with info about my system, and doing that nuked everything I'd written. So now you just get the short version - For a very long time Firefox has failed to interact properly with Apple's "Pages" app in their iCloud environment. Specifically, Command + C + clicking on selected text does NOT result in the text being copied. I'm done with Firefox.

When trying to sign-in to online banking, an essential button cannot be clicked on, because it is flashing. (see attached image - the blue bar at the top is flashing so I cannot make the dropdown security selection.) This does not happen on other computers or on Safari browser, so it must be my Firefox. Any ideas how to fix this? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you so much - Chrissie.

I can not use YouTube, all videos infantly buffer, I have deleted cookies and all history and it still fails, If I open a private window it works!

What is wrong?

Starting 6 weeks or so ago, my microsoft "on this day" photo link to view saved photos will not load.

I can view the page in chrome, so it's something that is specific to firefox, which has been my preferred browser for over 20 years.

I have not downloaded any new software or extensions.

here is a look at one of the page links-I just get a frozen greyish screen that looks like it wants to load but nothing happens no matter how long I wait. Although the screenshot I uploaded looks static, it has a kind of rolling feel to it, movement like somethings happening in the background...

I've followed all the suggestions, including uninstalling and re-installing firefox to no success...HELP!

I am using a very old system that is running out of storage space. There is an 8.73 GB folder that I would like to empty to free up space. C:\dtemp\Profiles contains several folders that were created 10.27.21: 2qzfs15q.default, eybandys.default, f81zrqic.default-release, pctnmazu.default-release-1, and yns5cb3s.default-release.

Can I delete any of these folders?

I was for reason having to default to LibraOffice and I really did not like that. I switched to FireFox so that I can open files through this browser instead. For some reason I download the files and it should take me to view the file in FireFox. I cannot view it at all. I wanted to be able to view the files in FireFox and then I can sync it with Google Docs and then open some of my files into google docs and I do not have to deal with LibraOffice. Why can I not view my files?

Hi, I created mozilla account and turned on synchronization to save my passwords, history, etc. After I done it, I formatted my pc. Now I've just downloaded mozilla and log in to my account to see that NONE of my data were saved... How is it even possible? I turned synchronization on and then selected which data I want to save. Will you be able to help my with that?

Running desktop windows 10 with Firefox, google maps opens but not not working correctly. The problem is only with Firefox. I have deleted the cashe, verified no extensions present, reinstalled windows and following all initial recommendations - google maps does not work with Firefox. Suggestions?
