I can no longer press the print button after a bank transaction wanting a print saved copy the Bank tells me I MUST upgrade my Mozzilla / Firefox programs... I do that every time YOU tell me and I press the button .. SO what else do I have to do>> As you may guess .. need some baby step help Please! Regards Jeanette

I am running an iMac that is about eight years old.This afternoon my Firefox browser was taken over by a "warning" from "MacOS security center" that I should go to THEIR macOS support site to get my system unfrozen. The number they give is 1-877-xxx-xxxx. I cannot get this intruder to go away, even by restarting the computer.

Firefox stops loading pages. I try to browse a webpage and it just keeps loading, but nothing happens (black screen). I open chrome, request the same webpage, it loads immediately. In Firefox, it keeps loading. Sometimes it loads it after 1-2 minutes. Sometimes not. Problem is fixed after restarting firefox, but comes back again after some time.

We are getting this Random Error while Scrolling. Before Version 141 it was working fine. Even after getting connected and getting response that update to 141.0.2 but same issue still exist.

Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to www.epos.mp.gov.in. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.

I have a problem with minimizing the Firefox window on a MacBook (M1, 2020, Tahoe26, FF 141.0.2 (aarch64). After launching the browser, using Command+M for the first time works and the window moves to the taskbar normally. When the FF window returns, the shortcut stops working and the Command+M Thumbnail option becomes grayed out. It doesn't matter if FF is in fullscreen mode or not - the shortcut only works the first time. ____________ Cześć. Po uruchomieniu przeglądarki, za pierwszym razem użyciu Command+M skrót działa i okno normalnie przechodzi do paska. Po powrocie okna FF, skrót przestaje działać, a opcja Miniaturka Command M staje się nieaktywna. Nie ma znaczenia, czy FF jest w trybie pełnoekranowym, czy nie - skrót działa tylko pierwszy raz.

I just transferred my data from an old computer with Windows 10 and now have Windows 11 on my new computer with a new version of firefox as my browser. How do I restore my bookmarks?

When capturing a screenshot, I used to save to desktop as default (as set in settings). Now, regardless of the default folder set in settings, FF always downloads to "Downloads" folder. Very irritating. So now I click the "always ask" checkbox in settings. Is this a bug or a feature???

Hi hi, I just did a complete reset to factory settings of my laptop (MSI), and a wipe of my hard drives too. After reinstalling Firefox (literally the first thing I did after setting up windows), it runs more slowly than before the reset (even for a basic search on Google/Duckduckgo). I am also unable to load any pages under the domain discussions.unity.com : the page loads forever, it's impossible to click on anything (even the hovering styles don't work), and I get a banner at the top of the screen that says "This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser, stop this page.". Also the memory usage for this page skyrockets (gone up to 4000MB??). I've disabled the 2 extensions I have (Dark Reader and Adblock Plus), restarted Firefox, restarted the computer, cleared the cache, even turned off the mozilla syncing, nothing worked. Any idea on what could be happening here? It's the first time in using Firefox for over 15 years that I've seen this happened.

Please tell what creates the folder "Other Bookmarks", its function and the purpose that it is created. I do not put any there, yet there are dozens and I am ignorant of its proper use. I see sites that I might have visited, but still do not know how they got there. Thanks in advance for enlightenment of a user, especially the built in protections.
