Win 11 stopped working on my Lenoovo Yoga due to bitlocker key requirement that does not exist I'm in the process of installing Ubuntu during the installation something went wrong "system program problem detected" which stopped the installation

I have Firefox installed on a Windows 11 desktop. The profile is missing, yet Firefox is working fine, and I see all of my bookmarks, etc.

I have windows set to show hidden files.

When I try to run %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ it tells me that the location is unavailable.

I cannot find the profile anywhere in file explorer, despite multiple tries to search for it.

If I go to Help > Troubleshooting Information, I see a "Location is not available" message, shown in the attached image.

I could uninstall and reinstall Firefox, but I'd prefer to solve this because the exact same thing is happening to my Thunderbird profile. It doesn't exist anywhere, yet I can see all of my emails and it appears to be working properly. I only found this problem because I wanted to backup my emails but was unable to.

Both of these profiles must exist somewhere, but I've tried everything to find them. Please help me fix this in Firefox, and then if I have a fix here I'll try to apply it to Thunderbird, where I have a lot of emails I'd hate to lose.

Hi, Today 8-7-25 Mozilla automatically upgraded to version 141.0.3. Now all of my bookmarks are gone. I can't find them on my pc. There are two profiles listed in the profile section. Neither seem to have my bookmarks. I have a lot of bookmarks and some are very needed. Please help me recover all of my bookmarks. Thank you, Geo

I have recently installed the containers extension and have been having a bit of trouble with one site (the others are fine), which seems to originate from the manner in which the site is structured. As it references new pages, they are often in a different URL. For example, you start in login.site.com, which then tries to load dashboard.site.com, but it fails authentication on dashboard.site.com because it opens in a different container. Which then tries to open the login.site.com page again, which displays the login page, but showing it tying to complete the original authentication. I have tried to add each step along the way, but without success. Is there a way to overcome this?

I lost all my personal data on Firefox as soon as I changed the password and I did not know that you can lose everything that I had registered in the download box and the previous archive. Now I am very, very mentally disturbed and I do not feel safe and I am very sad about what happened to me. I am crying now. What should I do? My psyche is really broken due to the lack of information....

Well I am facing an issue, no sound coming from any website like netflix or youtube or prime from mozilla browser.

Could you please fix it for me.

I use the flickr website many times during the day without issue, unti now. When trying to login this time I get the message shown in the attached image. I have gone through all the usual procedures, clearing cookies etc, including starting Firefox in safe mode, but still the problem persists and I am now at a loss. As a test, I even installed the Chrome browser and I was able to log into flickr with no problem. I have a laptop running Window 11 and the latest Firefox and the problem is the same on that - no flickr login.

I know little to nothing about computers. My Mozilla account says it is disconnected whenever I come online. I do not manually disconnect ever. Keeps telling me that it cannot detect proxy even though my proxies are set to off.

I've had to replace my computer today and when I've installed Firefox and signed in it no longer shows than I paid for a year's Premium Relay in June this year. What to do?

I'm having an issue in accessing a website & haven't before. There are 2 e-mail addresses associated w/my account since signing up for Mozilla. Just yesterday it changed after a download & now I'm getting 2-factor set up when accessing one website. Please advise if you have any ideas.

Is Webroot a part of Mozilla/Firefox? When Firefox recently updated it began to ask for a Webroot access key and it takes me to this page. I have never signed up for Webroot before.

When I try to log into a site I have used dozens and dozens of times in the past, I get the following notice: WARNING: POTENTIAL SECURITY RISK AHEAD. This is a dead end from which I have not een able to proceed. The particular site I am attempting to access is the only site where I've encountered this warning. I called that site and was told that while they have been tweaking their security, since the warning message came from Firefox, I should contact Mozilla for help. So here I am.

I use desktop Firefox with newly installed Windows 11 (my profile erroneously sates w10). i must use the blocked website frequently, and so I need to restore access to it ASAP. It is a high security healthcare site, and as I said, they claim they could not identify a security problem, that the key to restoring my access is through my browser, Firefox.

Can you help me restore my access to the site? Thanks .... KH
