Hi I need help as my Firefox browser got uninstalled this morning I had to reinstall and all my saved data has disappeared,

Please help retrieve old mozilla firefox data.

I'm having real problems with the pop up "find text" box that appears at the bottom of my Macbook Pro when I try to enter data on web pages since I updated Firefox a few weeks ago. I can find articles on disabling this feature for PCs, but nothing for Macs. Please help !

As a stakeholder, I am unhappy with Anthony Enzor-DeMeo's ideas to incorporate more AI into the Firefox browser in the future. Most internet browsers are using AI nowadays, and I think Firefox's lack of AI makes it a very appealing browser for users. This is because new AI technology annoys many people. As other browsers continue to incorperate more and more AI, this will increase Firefox's appeal for users who are annoyed with AI.

Overall, I think Firefox will be a much better browser if it does not incorperate AI. It will mean a lot to me if these concerns are taken into account. Thank you for all that you have done.

I am so disappointing in the CEO's decision to push AI. Firefox has a very dedicated following BECAUSE it does not push AI and all the other shady things other Browsers push. Everyone I know will stop using Mozilla browsers if they continue on in implementing AI.

I have spent so many hours deleting every sneaky file, disabling every program, having all firewalls block any AI. (I really do need to switch to Linux with the amount of time I spend on this lol...)

How do we contact the higher ups? If large numbers of users emailed/heck even wrote (making a point that we will delete our Mozilla accounts if AI happens) maybe it could help? Or a petition?

I love firefox. I recommend it to everyone. Because it's the only browser that appeared to have my best interest at heart. I develop extensions firefox-first rather than chrome-first. I don't want generative AI getting anywhere near any of my things, and I'm sorry to say I've switched to Waterfox for now. Please backtrack on this, I just want to use the internet without AI plastered in my face :<

I recently re-installed FireFox after I suddenly had problems that the profile folder could not be accessed. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it using the download from Mozilla website. This fixed the profile issue. I am using the latest version. Now, I find that most of the time, cnn.com won't load: I see messages on the bottom left corner that it is connecting to all sorts of web sites, in particular it tends to get stuck on "Sending request to signal-metrics-collector-beta.s-onetag.com" . I don't know if it eventually loads, I give up after about 1 minute. In Chrome, cnn.com loads instantly. In Firefox, BBC.com loads instantly. Microsoft.com loads instantly. I have installed the same extensions as before. I started FireFox with all of them turned off, no difference. As I mentioned, it does not load MOST of the time - once in a while it loads instantly, but later on the problem reoccurs. >What is wrong with FireFox and why won't it load CNN as quickly as before? I have been using ChatGPT for a few months with no problems on Firefox but today I am not able to enter any text in the text field where you communicate with Chat. However, I can turn on the microphone and then after speaking a command I can hit enter and it works. I can also switch to Chrome and it all works fine. I tried clearing my data and cash, rebooting computer but still isn't working. what's going on?

I take guitar lessons on line and the audio for the lessons has suddenly defaulted to muted and I can't unmute it even with repeated attempts. The speaker icon is x-d out. I've rebooted, gone out and back in to the site and tried it on another browser where it worked fine. Firefox is my preferred. What can I do?

hi, Recently, I updated my Fire fox browser after updating my all the bookmarks and saved info on browser are vanished. now browser also not support login with google id's why? , I switched to firefox just because I never face this issue with firefox. Now it does same as the other's.

Is is possible to disable the Autorun feature for downloaded video files in Firefox? I tried the Settings, Privacy & Security, Autoplay changing the setting to Block Audio & Video, but after the file downloads it still runs automatically.
