Since the last update that I received from you and installed I can not longer get in to my online Bank account. I get a window telling me access is denied. I am unauthorized to access this resource. with a Reference ID of e727ec65b1 Troubleshooting steps 1. Reload the home page and try again Failed 2. Clear your browser cache and try again. Failed 3. Try logging in with a different browser. No they aren't as secure 4. Try logging in with a different device. No only use my desk top for business.

The Bank says they are having trouble with Firefox. I don't want to have to use Edge or Google they aren't as secure as Firefox. Please fix this with the Horizon Bank. Thank you. dleeb17

Hi, following a recent update installation I have not been able to log onto BT Webmail to deal with my emails etc, it seems to go into a kind of loop and keeps showing a log in page quickly, then it disappears and reappears straight away again, does anyone have any idea why this is happening, I have checked the version and it's 137.0.1

I cannot get supporrt.mozilla.org pages into dark mode. My eyes are not good and I can barely read these pages. I have Dark Reader enabled, but I cannot find any way to enforce dark mode. Is it possiblle and, if so, how do I do it, please?

Anytime I close out Firebox all my tabs and history are gone. Even if I make tabs it keep being deleted. This happen recently after I sync with my steam deck. I didn't touch my setting recently, Firefox should auto-update so it good, and my account is safe. I don't know what is happening that can caused this bug and only thing that I find is weird is having two same account on my deck and not my pc. Only thing I can think to fix is to uninstall Firefox which I will try later.

タブグループ機能が邪魔なので該当機能をオフにできるように変更して欲しい。 簡単な操作で事故りやすい上に、機能そのものを使わない設定にできず押し付けられてうっとうしいので今すぐにでも削除して欲しい!それが嫌ならオンオフ位は選べるように修正する事。不具合とみなしているので速い内に直した方が良い。あまりにもうっとうしい。

Continuously being logged out of Mozilla on Firefox on different PCs (same account). Mozilla will not accept already saved password. I keep getting prompted to change password. I "change" it to the original password. That usually (but not always) works. How to fix?

Tab groups not working

So when i first updated to 137.0 tab groups were working fine, then one day i couldn't create any more. I had a previous tab group, but when i deleted it, there was no way to make another. I tried dragging tabs on top of each other, tried right clicking a tab to "Add Tab to New Group" but there wasn't an option. I updated to 137.0.1 to see if that would fix it, and it didn't. I then tried to uninstall and reinstall still no. I turned my computer off and then on again and also no.

I'd really appreciate any help with this because i'm kinda tearing my hair out trying to find out what changed.

in the last couple weeks, every time I go into Firefox my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar are scrambled. (all messed up and out of order). I have to keep restoring from a good save file. How do I stop this from happening? I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but that hasn't helped. I have imported the good bookmark file that I saved.

suddenly after a firefox upgrade this afternoon, the contacts lists for gmail started to get reduced in size so small it looked like specks of dust instead of names , adresses, etc.

another pc here which hasn't been upgraded  has no problem.   both pcs have the same 5 GMAIL acccounts, 

but the secondary (also sedentary ) has not been used for 2 or 3 days. Both are laptops, with Win 11 and are upgraded as soon as they available
