I have been with Firefox as my browser for nearly twenty years - My Browser was suddenly blank when turned on- Reloaded an up to date browser. - No saved Browser Data Appeared - Checked my Passwords All gone. I was trying to fix a problem with eBay where I was unable to send a message to a seller. (A problem I have since discovered had nothing to do with Firefox it has to do with eBay). I had asked GPTchat for suggestions and it had me open a terminal and run some commands (don't remember what it was). while running this command we lost power and since then I cannot resize a Firefox window. However other windows like Dolphin or LibreOffice are unaffected. All else appears to run fine

So i have an odd question, something went awry after relatively recent update and my Firefox is not even bothering to display preferred 2 rows of links on new tab.

i basically use them as extended bookmarks in more convenient placement. as i have too many bookmarks

After using Mozilla / Firefox for at least 30 years everything I had saved, bookmarks, history, passwords, shortcuts, are all gone! I need them back ASAP. I have a Mozilla recovery key but cannot find in all your articles, where to enter it. Please explain to me where to enter the key and why after all these years everything I have accumulated is gone.

After upgrading FF to 135.0.1 it always fails giving me this error: Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help! Choose Restore This Tab or Restore All Crashed Tabs to reload the page/pages.

I opened closed it, rebooted, different urls. Firefox doesnt work at all. I had to use Chrome to ask this question.

The font/text sizes in the main window are fine and easily adjustable. But the text in Bookmarks and the top parts of Firefox pages (address bar, tabs, quick links row) is so small it's difficult to read. I've searched for a way to enlarge it, but can't find one.

I've been trying to adjust the text size on my new PC, but it seems when I get it right on the desktop screen, it's either too small or too large on something else. If it makes a difference, I'm using Windows 11 on a Dell 8960 desktop PC.

Can you please tell me how to make the top and sidebar text in Firefox as large as that in the website window?  Thank you.

Whenever I start a Youtube video ever since turning on Dolby Atmos, there is a good 2-3 seconds of audio cut out of the beginning of every Youtube video launched. This doesn't happen on Edge or Chrome. I have tried turning off hardware acceleration in Firefox and restarting Firefox but this does nothing. Even when I rewind the video, the audio is not there even though the video is playing.

For the past week or more the browser freezes up. A message comes up about "waiting" or discontinue. It often finally begins to work again; however the problem persists and very annoying. Can anything be done?

When trying to read a download,half the page is covered with a little pen scrolling across the page covering the text. Is this a Firefox issue and only Firefox as can't shut it off? Don't know how it got ON.

During the past few weeks, I've run into web pages that simply will not work in Firefox. I have not tracked all of the URLs, but can tell you they include navigation of Tax1099 (a website used to send tax documents) and AT&T, where I could not access their Premier shopping page. These pages load easily in Chrome and Edge.

I simply do not have time to troubleshoot this every day, every time I need something in timely fashion. It is a huge time suck. Firefox has -- again -- become an impediment to my work flow and it seems time to leave it, again.

I;m not asking for help; this is simply a fact. And Mozilla should consider it a reason why Firefox has lost popularity. Most people will simply move on, and not do any troubleshooting, take the time to search for solution or write to this board. In the past, I've been told that this is MY problem with MY systems (because this happens on two different computers). Whether or not that's true, it doesn't change the fact that other browsers do not have this problem. Ever, in my experience.

For about 1 month now whenever I perform a google search using the address bar I get no response. I have to close and reopen FF afew times untill it performs the search.

This occurs in my synced account in any of my Wiondows devices. Troubleshoot mode makes no difference.

I've uninstalled all 3 plugins which iI use but to no avail.

Hi I'm having issues with cyber-hacking and it's happening especially when using Mozilla Firefox. Is there any help you might be able to offer or point me in the direction to get some help with hackers who are more like domestic terrorists? Unfortunately, I have lost all of my browsing history on Firefox. There are no recently closed tabs that I can restore, and I've also checked for recently closed windows, but there are none to recover. It feels as though my entire digital footprint has vanished, leaving me unable to revisit important pages or retrieve valuable information I was previously accessing. Please help me.

I've been a Firefox user for at least 10 years. I recently installed Firefox on a new desktop PC, and the Firefox Privacy Notice tab popped up. "No worries," I thought, and read it and made my cookies choice. I didn't find anything about a separate "submit" or "Close" gadget, so I simply closed the tab. Now, every time I leave the Home page or open a new tab, the Firefox Privacy Notice keeps popping up. Please advise me how to close it for good.

I use a website in the UK alljigsawpuzzles.com The page loads fine and freezes with the firefox browser. Other browsers work fine. I have been unable to determine if a setting is the problem. I use https only. When I removed this setting, it allowed me to scroll for a few seconds and then froze again. Do you know what the problem is? It's true they recently upgraded their website. Is there a setting I need to change? Thanks! All updates are up to date.

I've noticed recently after system reboots that Firefox forgets the "Open previous windows and tabs" setting and restarts with only a blank tab. I've confirmed that this setting is ticked prior to the reboot. I know I can restore the session under History but why isn't Firefox remembering this setting and re-opening the windows & tabs like previously?

Running Firefox 135.0.1 and Mac Sequoia 15.3 (but has been happening in recent previous versions of both).
