A slightly different twist on the FF & Flash 11.3 compatibility issue: Twitter.com does not work properly + one other website

Website #1 - On twitter.com, when you start to do an @ mention to someone, you start writing out their name after the @ and you get a dropdown menu of users whose names kind of match, and then you pick the one you want. Likewise, for sending a Direct Message to someone, you click on "New message" in your DM inbox, start writing their name, and you get a dropdown and pick the one you want. Ever since Flash updated to version 11.3.300.262 I can no longer access either of those dropdowns so I have to write the names by hand and hope I got it right.
Website #2 - http://tv.dfb.de/index.php?s=1&c=2&p=1 None of those videos play anymore.
Both of these work OK on IE.
Funny enough, YouTube DOES work in FF, as do videos on the main Yahoo website... which is what I was expecting to not work!
I Disabled my Real Downloader plugin on FF (even though I really want to have it, because I do use it; but since Flash updated [June 25th - I'd been delaying updates bc I knew of the incompatibility] it wasn't working on FF anymore anyway (I really would want it to work; I hate using IE) ... Anyway, disabling RealDownloader didn't help. I didn't completely uninstall it from my computer because, like I said, I use it, and even though it's cumbersome, I can load up IE and download videos from there.
Should I uninstall Flash and install 11.2 again? (I saw it's lacking in security fixes, so it's making me raise an eyebrow at this) Or is there a new fix I can try?
Thanks in advance for your time and help!
