My Firefox Browser was just upgraded. It seems address bar searches all go through Yahoo.com. Is this by design? Not sure I like the search results...

I need to go over the head of the Mozilla Triage manager who has left https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1406865 open without a resolution for **seven years**. How do I do that? This is a bug reported in Firefox 57 and **still** not fixed in Firefox 125. I cannot find any support category anywhere in the Mozilla website that covers appealing a decision by one of their employees. The last comment from this uncooperative indivisual is "But given we support it on macOS and Windows yeah, it seems not very objectionable." Who is this **clerk** to override the fact that a number of customers very much find this "objectionable". I cannot find anything on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/ that addresses this issue. I cannot find even a surface mail address for Mozilla. For example my complaint has nothing to do with any of the following:

   I’m having problems with using Firefox
   I want to donate to Mozilla
   I have questions about using Mozilla’s trademarks
   I’d like to report misuse of a Mozilla trademark
   I want to hold an event in a Mozilla space
   I want Mozilla to sponsor my event
   I’d like permission to use a Mozilla logo
   I’m interested in Pocket’s sponsored content on Firefox
   I’m a member of the Press and have a question for Mozilla

Yes I am having a problem with Firefox, but the clerk responsible has, through sitting on this issue for **seven years**, basically told the entire community that he doesn't give a reservoir.

In particular I feel this unacceptable behaviour should be brought to the attention of senior management, but there are no contacts for anybody in senior management.

Firefox sometimes continuously adds tabs for the same site I am using. Every time I X out of one, another one pops up. This multiplies alarmingly fast. I have Windows 10.

The above New Zealand organization is recommending users to use any other browser than Mozilla Firefox. I have used Firefox for many years on their website and about two months ago it comes up with a recommendation to use another browser because Mozilla Firefox will no longer work on their NZ woke/local wank website. I contacted them to ask what the problem was and instead of answering the question they just repeated the message to change browser. I'm sure these local idiots are just being lazy/stupid so I'd like Mozilla to stick a rocket up their dumb-asses. As these twats are the local government lotteries commission I cannot partake of their monopoly online as they won't allow my browser. Please can Mozilla/community help? Where are all the tabs for the research I was working on? I stepped out of my office for a few minutes and returned to a very proud message declaring that Firefox had auto updated and now better than ever. Only all my tabs are gone. Why does every other browser save and restore tabs when updating, but not Firefox??? Do I have to go back to Safari or Chrome? This cannot happen!!!

May I first say that trying to get hold of you to make this report was painful, and took about 20 minutes and a long walk around Mozilla's assorted website, opening two accounts, etc.

I received a notice while using Firefox on PC that an update was available. I was going to put it off, as I had 25 tabs open, but the notice indicated that my open tabs would be restored once the update was complete, so I approved the update. It download and I assume installed the update, seemed to temporarily close Firefox, and then reopened the original page with all my open tabs, plus an empty page. When I tried to open the tabs shown, they all indicated that the tab had crashed and then gave me the option of restoring that tab or on some restoring all tabs. Neither worked, in fact, that Firefox page became completely unresponsive and would not allow me to browse new urls (the tabs just spun). I actually had to use MS Edge to get to anywhere to seek out someplace to make a report. I first went to the discussion group and opened up an account there, but from there noticed that feedback on Firefox was at a different url. I then needed to create an account "here". Since nothing was working, I closed and reopened the Firefox page with all the tabs on it, figuring maybe it would restore the crashed tabs. It did not and all tabs were lost. I can probably get back to some of them using the history archive, but it was very disappointing and will be even more time consuming. I am running the current version of Win 10 pro, 64 bit, on a PC. I thought you would want to know about this. Thank you for your time.

All of a sudden, Firefox (125.0.3), running on Windows 11, is not delivering any sound at all on websites which have music or people speaking. The TOR browser does deliver the sound on those same websites.

I recently facing an issue that the Firefox browser randomly maxed out my RAM and went unresponsive. Like the screenshot below, I am only trying to open Facebook and Instagram, 2 tabs.

I have tried to open about:memory and about:processes to monitor but it just went unresponsive and both the monitoring just hanged.

Have no idea why the Firefox process taking up so much RAM. Need help.

Firefox on my pc loads Ebay.com with Chinese characters, not English.

This ONLY happens on PC (mobile phone is fine, same firefox browser) only with firefox (Duck Duck Go on my pc works fine) and ONLY when opening Ebay.

Problem started 4/29. I have done: computer update/restart, firefox update/restart, clear cache in firefox

I noticed that Firefox implemented an update today at 10:36 (CST). I have noticed that since that point I can no longer click the login button for my ShipStation platform. I can login without issue through Chrome, but prefer to use Firefox. I have cleared my history for ShipStation in Firefox. I have restarted my computer. The page loads, but clicking on the login button has not result - nothing happens.

Please help!

I use Lightfolio.com for my website hosting. My computer does not let me login or load the website using Firefox. I've deleted the cookies, and played with the settings, and it still doesn't work. I'm really needing help as this is dampering my business.

Hi, I've been trying to get the Multi-Account Containers Add On to work on my computer for quite some time. Would be very handy for me. When I add the Add On to my browser the icon on the top right of the screen just won't show up. Don't know what I've been doing wrong...? How can I access the container settings someway else? I've made changes to my FF settings in regards to privacy via the recommendation from Sun Knudsen but don't really see an issue here. Thanks in advance!

macOS 10.15.7, Firefox 125.0.3

I get the message: Gmail may not work well with this browser version. Please upgrade to a supported browser. Just got it today. FireFox is version 125.0.3 for Windows 11. On gmail help, it said to disable extensions and add-ons. I did this, restarted Firefox and get the same message.

Having an issue going to TikTok.com I see the emblem when typing in the website then it goes to the message shown in the screen shot? I can get to it when using a private window though. Thank you for any help.

I have an insane amount of crashes i have tried everything i think my pc is just damaged either windows or disk or viruses i have no idea?! all my browsers same issue including firefox

I use RECAPTCHA to validate my access to a number of websites. Still works fine if I use Google Chrome. Firefox has shut off access to this App. Why? I have tried using the Proxy option, I have tried not using the Proxy Option. Nothing seems to work. Are you planning on addressing this issue or must I go to another browser to do what Firefox USED TO ALLOW ME TO DO?

Was this breakage planned or did you screw up and do inadequate testing?
