I'm getting the error message "No video with supported format and MIME type found" with mp3 files at https://www.gatherthepeople.org/test/styled-7/page-3/ when using Firefox 123.0 on my M1 (ARM) iMac running OS 14.3.1; when using Firefox 123.0 on my M1 (ARM) MacBook Air running OS 14.3.1; when using Firefox 123.0 on Win 11;and when using Firefox 115.8 on my Intel MacBook Pro running OS 10.14.6.

The same mp3 files (https://www.gatherthepeople.org/test/styled-7/page-3) play without any problem with Chrome and Safari on the Mac and with Edge on Win 11 .

Ever since I installed Firefox 123.0, when I execute a search on Yahoo.com, Firefox automatically opens up a new window or tab (depending upon how you have it set up in settings) when it didn't before. When I try this with Firefox using Google.com to search, it does NOT open up a new window/tab. But when I try it with Yahoo.com when using Google Chrome, it does NOT open up a new tab. So it would appear that the behavior is being caused by something in Firefox.

I tried making various changes in settings and Firefox about:config that were recommended in previous questions here, but they did not alter the behavior. I would like the behavior to return to simply performing the search within the same window (I can always scroll back to get the original page). Can anyone help?

Yesterday morning everything was fine. I attempted to check something last night on my Fidelity account, and got the following message: "Sorry, we can't complete this action right now. Please try again." Same this morning. Fidelity could not figure it out, and is sending me to you for assistance.

FYI: I am able to connect to all other accounts I attempted: NY Times, Chase bank, etc. Also, when I tried to log in to Fidelity via Microsoft Edge, I was able to get in. (NOTE: I DO NOT wish to use Edge or any other browser - I prefer Firefox)

Can someone help me?

I have been signing in to a certain secure website for years on Firefox. In the last 24 hours, it won't let me sign in and all I see is:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

I have tried 20 times. There is nothing wrong on the website; my wife can access the same on her Mac computer.

Any advice? Thank you

After latest Firefox update this morning, attempts to login to Fidelity.com fail with message "we can't complete this action right now". No problem if I use Chrome. I cleared cookies and rebooted. Running Windows 10. Fidelity technical support not seeing anything obvious but suspicious it is related to this latest update.

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the bar at the top of firefox browser with tabs in them. I read another article (https://support.mozilla.org/es/questions/1417387#answer-1588947) under spain link, i think, and the solution said to write "TabsToolbar-customization-target { visibility: collapse !important; }" somewhere. Where do I go to write that?

I tried the console by pressing f12, but that doesn't seem like that's it. In that article it also mentions to go to about:config and change the status of "browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar" to false, or delete it, but didn't work either.

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

I even call the help desk at work, they suggested Chrome and i was able to log on. I already have to use Chrome for Netflix, i don't want to have to move to another browser. Today I cannot open gmail on laptop, windows 10 with firefox. Site wants clear cache & cookies, I cannot sign in to google account. Clive CaveyWhen you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. Computer AndroidiPhone & iPad In Chrome

   On your computer, open Chrome.
   At the top right, click More More and then Clear browsing data.
   Select a time range, like Last hour or All time.
   Select the types of information you want to remove.
   Click Clear data.

Learn how to change more cookie settings in Chrome. For example, you can delete cookies for a specific site. In other browsers

If you use Safari, Firefox, or another browser, check its support site for instructions. What happens after you clear this info

Firefox Browser 123.0 (64bit) Windows 11 Pro

Lately I have been experiencing issues/difficulties to access certain websites either an security issue (eg Site needs to verify the security of my internet connection. This verification process times out and of course results in not getting access. Or the following message gets displayed when accessing this site:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to mynikonlife.com.au.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies"

In both the above cases I experience no difficulties, using Microsoft Edge. Is there an solution to this or do I start using MS Edge (which I do not want to)?

My old device has broken and I was wondering if there's any way to transfer the open tabs from it to my new device?

I've signed in to my account already and it ported over my history as well as bookmarks but I don't see a way to port over the open tabs? I'm not sure if they were synced and I can't go back to sync them now as the previous device is broken

The last few days I have been unable to connect to Microcenter (www.microcenter.com) when using FireFox. Get an error Forbidden - ID: db4a0787baff80adb2df6dd9d9881a53, the # changes everytime you try. But the website works fine when I use google chrome and microsoft edge.
