To whom this may concern, I am requiring about getting back bookmarks I recently just lost. I had a list close to 3000 of them, however I reformatted my PC and found out there weren't being synced recently and don't have the bookmark backups in my file list anywhere. Have tried many data recovery software to no avail, if there's a possibility I could have access to my last few bookmark updates to the cloud that would save many headaches Thanking you

I posted earlier about a search settings problem. I have been monkeying with things until I got a reply7 that led me to a fix. Except now I cannot see my addons on the toolbar and can't figure out how to make them visible. They seem to be there if I scroll over the spot but are not visible to me so that I can use them. Right click gives me the drop menu but left click gives nothing. And how do you get rid of that dang puzzle piece thing?

In the image below you will see a large photo with thumbnails to its left. I should be able to "mouse-over" the thumbnails to access the related image, or simply click it... but yesterday that all stopped working in Firefox. I just installed "Brave" and it all works fine. Was there an update change that could cause the function to stop working? I have requested support for this issue multiple times. Please assist.

Firefox always displayed my website main image until the latest update. Now on any device that uses the Firefox browser my main website homepage image does not display leaving a huge white area on the homepage. This of course is now a major issue that did not exist with this same image before.

Nothing has changed in the programming of my website which is why I need support from your tech and if anything is blocked could Firefox please unblock my main image to show on all Firefox browsers?

Recently I have noticed that my bookmarks which are in folders display only the icon not the text. The main toolbar shows both icons and text. This only applies on my desktop browser. iPad is fine.

What should I do to correct this?

i searched for how to bookmark an entire window. google gave me: https://support.mozilla.org/bm/questions/94180 as well as https://support.mozilla.org/eu/questions/1144799 there are probaby many others.

1. both are archived. 2. both are obsolete. Unless I am doing something wrong, in the BOOKMARKS menu there no longer exists "BOOKMARK ALL TABS"

So, why, when an article is archived is it not marked as to what versions of FF it applies? another way to think of this: Why archive a question that WILL ALWAYS BE A RELEVANT QUESTION?

and what is worse: why does searching for "bookmark all tabs" come up empty searching FF help?

Another way: Stop changing FF so much !!!! It is a pain the you-know-what.

And, why does searching for "BOOKMARK ALL TABS" in FF doc come up empty? No wonder the same questions are asked over and over again.

I need someone to help me NOW. I have very important medical information that I need to access and cannot get to AOL mail due to a box asking for a primary password email does not work; foxfire password does not work. there is not way to make a primary password.

My issue is that I have a huge amount of likes in my Instagram interactions and I would prefer to not have to just manually scroll. There are extensions that if the scrollbar is at the edge of my browser screen they all work. but sadly if its a scrollbar not at the edge of my browser screen they do not take affect.

Firefox blinks and then crashes when attempting to visit various websites, specifically Unsplash.com (a stock photo site) but also inconsistently on other pages including Google search results pages. I have tried refreshing, uninstalling and reinstalling, ensuring all my drivers are up to date, and disabling hardware acceleration and webGL. The only time the browser works consistently without crashing is in Troubleshoot Mode.

I have an older laptop with very little memory, so I keep Firefox closed when I'm not using it. Both MS Hearts and MS Mahjong periodically open it to display their webpages. That brings play to a halt, and the game freezes, and sometimes crashes. Is there a way to block them from opening Firefox?

I don't know why the page https://encuestas.msssi.gob.es/limesurvey/index.php/438579?lang=es is marked as insecure in Firefox. I tried in Chrome, Edge, IE... and the page is marked as secure, the certificate is recognized.

in firefox, tabs or bookmarks or anything dragable like downloads dont drag. I click and hold on them but nothing happens. I can drag whole windows, so it's not windows problem. When i restart my computer, the problem disappears for a little while but comes back.

I had issues with my computer which got me into a situation where i had to delete all partitions of my drives, starting from 0. Signing in my firefox account in a fresh win install suddenly recovers NOTHING and i am now panicking as i had very important accounts & passwords, bookmarks, tabs, extensions, etc. I have tried other devices too without any luck. I was logged in, synchronized and was ready to go. After installing new windows, I downloaded firefox, logged in, and nothing... no button to restore my addons or any data. So I searched far and wide and still didn't find anything. Please tell me how to restore my data it was synced.

I have cleared my browsing history and cookies with no help. I can't access anything google. The last line of the error message is "Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)". I haven't changed any settings,that I'm aware of, and I'm running out of ideas.
