I encountered a Problem since the last update. When watching a Video on Youtube, the Playback is flashing, especially on green and red colors. I did see some People mention a similar issue years ago, so I followed the same troubleshooting by disabling Hardware acceleration and all extension. The Issue keeps persisting I am browsing on a M1 Macbook Air - no other Browser on my System has that issue. Here is an example with Screengrab https://imgur.com/a/EFrzzAD

I have no idea even how to describe this, but it has been happening for a very long time and I am so fed up with it at this point.

It makes no difference what kind of video, or website, or any other factor, it always happens when I click to go full screen for the video. As soon as the screen goes full, where ever my mouse pointer is sitting, a small tool tip window opens up that shows the page url, or other kind of gibberish that I have no idea how to describe. It will stay on the screen no matter what, until I click to exit full screen mode of the video.

I have replicated this with Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, or any other social media page with video links, or any other website with an imbedded video that I can make full screen. I have tried it in Incognito mode and standard mode and it is always the same. Click full screen, tool tip appears. Every. Time.

The only way I can get it to not appear is to immediately swipe my mouse pointer to the bottom right corer of the screen immediately after clicking the full screen button. If I am fast enough it will either not show, or I get it to show on the edge of the screen where it can't be seen, but I'm not sure. This has been extremely frustrating having to constantly switching from full screen to non-full screen repeatedly to time it just right to not have this appear and stay on my screen.

Please tell me there is a way to stop this from happening. It has been many, many months this has been going on. I probably couldn't even remember the last time I didn't have to deal with this. I've kept my browser up to date, I've turned off all extensions, used the Troubleshooting mode, everything except uninstalling and reinstalling the whole browser. I'd much rather not have to deal with that and hope you can help. I have been a loyal user of Firefox browser for nearly 17 years (probably more) and I will not use any other site. Please help me to stop going crazy every time I want to watch anything in full screen.

I recently made a switch to Firefox and while I've been able to find solutions to all my problems, I'm struggling with this one. I use drag-and-drop to upload images really often and in my previous browser (Opera), after my images have been dropped into Discord for instance, the folder would be hidden behind the browser. Firefox does not do this however and stays focused on my folder which means I have to manually click inside Firefox to continue with my work. I was wondering if there was a way to make Firefox come back into focus after I drop images in the browser.

I cannot access the login page on assurancewireless.com. I get a 500 error and the attached message shows that there is also a 404 error.

Things I've tried: Disabling enhanced tracking Safe mode Disabling uBlock Incognito mode

None of these work. It simply will not load that page.

The site works perfectly in Chrome, but it's a pain to have to use Chrome for just that one site. How can I report this error to technical so it can get fixed?

Simply help me find how to double space. It is not obvious.

I started using Apple computers in 1980. A university professor, i urged my students to buy, Mac, even though the University was committed to the other.

I am forgetting things I knew relating to computer, in this case. Your Support site hides 'Double space' why? John Klassen

I've had this problem off and on for the past month or so. I've read through every related question and tried all solutions presented without any luck.

When I press the star next to the address bar it turns blue, but no bookmark is actually created. When I press the star again it remains blue. No dialogue box shows up. When I right click on the open tab I get a grayed out dialogue box. I *can* bookmark several tabs at once, but that's it.

I've tried changing the preferences in aboug:config to true/false and back again. I've renamed/deleted the favicons folders. I've restarted both firefox and my computer. I'm running in safe mode with no extensions. This happend once about a month ago and resolved itself. Now it's back and doesn't seem to be going away.

PLEASE help. I've tried all the solutions mentioned here before but nothing is helping. :(
