For 8 months i am still getting tab crashed messages whenever i try to pause then replay videos. I have sent crash reports and shown them on the help page and get no real answers.

This question is regarding the up and down slider bar on the right side of the browser used to scan up and down a web page. I don't mind the automatically hiding vertical slider bar, but when I hover over it and it expands, it remains too narrow. It makes it a annoying to try to left-click on with a mouse.. I often miss the first try now, where that wasn't a problem with the standard legacy width.

How do I make the slider wider- easier to click on- when I hover the mouse over it?

What has happened to all of my Task Bar / Tool Bar? As of today, Sunday Nov. 26th, everything is gone. In addition the browser itself looks "different" some how.

Since a recent update I have not been able to embed a photo in an email when using Firefox, but can do so using Chrome. I can still attach photos to an email in Firefox.

I spent last week at the bench and now when I open my Firefox browser, I discovered that all my bookmarks have disappeared. The folders are there but not the bookmarks. I tried to restore my last backup which was on July 7 this year but the backup failed to restore. I had over 11 MB. What is wrong? How can I restore my lost bookmarks? These bookmarks have information that I will need in the next days.

When I sign in I always have to change password because FB won't accept the password I had with them I've been with them for years they send me to a box for phone number/email to verify my account. It says my account does not exist when I backspace there is a dialogue box that says the requested document is no available in Firefox cache. This is off and on sometimes it lets me in sometimes it does not I don't know of anything I'm doing differently to Firefox that would account for this missing document is this a problem with FB or FF or what? I've tried to find the cache and can't at least not so far and I can't find anything on the web that answers my problem about this situation so any help that would let me get into FB consistently and fix this problem would be highly appreciated. I have exactly the same problem with Edge, Chrome, Brave and whether or not I use privacy browser mode or not. Thanks for any help hope to hear from you soon.

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.

On the new tab, the box around the shortcuts and the search bar stay dark grey. I've messed around with all the advanced color options on firefox color, but nothing seems to affect it. It bothers me since I changed the background color.

Website does not render correctly after recent Firefox updates. Page works fine in Chrome and Safari.

Why does my tool bar disappear after typing in website in search bar? Book marks appear when I open a new window, however as soon as I type something in the search bar or click on a website the book marks disappear. I have to open a new window for them to reappear again. I didn't change any settings, it happened on it's own. I've added a screen shot for when I open a new window (book marks appear) and a screen shot for when I've typed something in the search bar (book marks disappear). Thank you!

Websites I access via Firefox constantly tell me I'm using a new device and each time I have to go through a time consuming verification process involving entering codes. I always check the box that says "don't ask to verify again" for this device, but that doesn't stop the every time I access a website verification process. I prefer Firefox to Safari.

There is one website that doesn't work well with Firefox so I use Safari only for it. Apple Care was able to walk me through a process to stop that website from not recognizing I'm using the same Apple computer I've used for 5 years and will continue to use for a few more years because it's a 256 gigabyte solid state drive with no "moving parts" that will last longer than if it was a regular desktop. But they can't help me solve the problem with Firefox which is not their product and recommended I contact Mozilla Firefox technical support for help.

I think my firefox is infected in some way. I am constantly getting phishing pop-ups on the lower right hand corner of my screen when using the Firefox browser. They claim to be from McAfee, Windows and other legitimate places and tell me things like viruses have been detected, but scans of my computer do not detect any. They all come from something called 5qlql.azure.net or something similar to that.

Hi Collective Brains, Rebuilding my computer after a hack and can not seem to get the little house shaped (Home) button for Firefox back onto my address bar so when I open a new tab and google I can not go back home to Firefox without opening another new tab. Okay, so it's a bit nit-picky, but, hey, it's a bug I don't need right now. Can someone give me a hand, please and thank you Kate
