Hi! My windows suddenly encountered problems and I had to reinstall it, but after reinstalling win and Firefox and logging into my account, none of my data loaded to the new Firefox. Please help, for me, loosing that much of bookmarks and passwords, is just like a matter of death and life.

Error: "Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to accounts.firefox.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem."

When it happens: - Irregular frequence. The same websites once work once don't. They work with Chrom/Edge/From my mobile(same wifi/router). - Sometimes I have to refresh the page a few times - Happens for all sort of webistes. From local news, to GitHub/Youtube/Google/Any website

Steps I have taken: - Cleared cache/cookies - Reset PC/Firefox - Cleared all extensions - Deleted Firefox (And manually deleted all folders in AppData related to Firefox) and reinstalled afterwards

Nothing helped. Any idea what is going on? I checked Mozilla documentation for SSL issues, but it didn't help either

Hi: Is the World Wide Radio add-on a Mozilla approved, supported add-on ? I can find no way to address comments with them, nor seek support. All that said, I've grown to adore Mozilla's products even though I'm a newbie with all things digital; thanks so much. I am disabled and limited to disability income only; as such I can never afford to support monetarily to my satisfaction.. it is what it is. I do so appreciate the work done by so many contributors. I find that I do need more support to feel comfortable and proficient with all the Mozilla products. Currently I use the Firefox browser and add-ons / and Thunderbird as an email client. Since I updated to version 113.0.2 every time I try to open certain websites, Firefox shows an error message "SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER". Once I choose to accept the risk and continue it redirects to the IP address "79.137.248.81" that redirects to spam. This happens on multiple sites, certain popular sites such as google work perfectly.

Yesterday I uninstalled and installed the browser. I rkilled and scanned my system with Malwarebytes, Avast and HitmanPro. I also have no malicious addons I found. Nothing worked.

I'm having some confusion as to how to change what tabs are synced across to other devices under my account. I have my chosen tabs all pinned and I even have them saved as bookmarks that I've synced that I can load up in Chrome. However, when I go to the three horizontal lines button and clicking on my account name/email address, it's showing me tabs that are synced to one of my other devices (in this case, my laptop), but the tabs aren't quite right. There's a couple that are old now that I want removed. The double arrows showing me more extensions/options comes up with Synced Tabs, but they're also showing the same incorrect ones. Even when it synchronizes, it never changes anything.

What's the correct way of changing/removing tabs in Firefox and then syncing them?

Every time I do a search for services "near me" (hospitals, hotels, etc.), Firefox is using an out-of-date five-year-old location. Very frustrating! How can I change this? Anyone's help is much appreciated - I just haven't been able to find a link to help me fix it!

Office Depot.com continually says site maintenance on Firefox, but on Chrome it works fine. Only about half of my pages in the https://hopenow.breezechms.com app will load (just see a blank page), but work fine in Chrome How do I get them to work so I don't have to constantly switch back and forth. Be gentle with answers, I am not a geek, just a user...lol. Sallie

I has gonna sign into another Gmail account that I use for games but I forgot the password and had no other way to sign in. I tried to go into my saved passwords in Firefox because I knew I saved it. I ended changing the password to a wrong one at one point and I couldn't view the first ever password I saved for the Gmail account. I really need to know how to view older/previous passwords, it would save my life.

I recently switch to Firefox and I'm enjoying it so far. One problem though, continuously using Firefox over a long period of time cause it to use more memory than normal. I assumed it was because of the large amount of tabs i kept opened but even when i had closed most of them, the problem still persist. This lead to worse performance and more frequent crashes. One way I found to have helped is to close and reopen Firefox, but the fix is only temporally.

Automatic video play has been quite a nuisance in spite of using some recommended measures, such as under Firefox Settings => Privacy and Security => Permissions => Autoplay => both options set to Block Video & Audio and saving. The settings change does not appear to work.

Since I mostly use the Portableapps.com version of Firefox, I suspected it might be the issue, after noting once you restart Firefox, that the settings are both back to = Allow Video & Audio! I immediately checked out a separate standalone Firefox installation which I updated to 114.0 (64-bit), but to my dismay, noticed it does also not keep the preferred "Block Video and Audio" settings, also when the browser is restarted.

So is there a bug in the Windows versions I use on my Win 10 64bit and if not, which would be strange, what is going on, why are the settings not kept and how can effectively stop auto-play, which can be a nuisance.

An example of such videos is on Huffpost, such as https://www.huffpost.com/entry/jake-tapper-brianna-keilar-cnn-gop-race_n_647ece5ce4b0b4444c80b001 where the DeSantis video immediately loads and starts playing. The Settings save does not appear to work at all.

Can anyone finally explain to me how can I get rid of the most annoying Google pop up screen in my Mozilla browser? I am unable to find a straight answer, everyone is suggesting some sort of plugin that blocks popups but it didn't work for me.

I can't change the language my websites are being displayed in. I changed every setting to english but websites like instagram and youtube are still showing in croatian (because I live in Croatia). I will attach a couple of pictures to prove it.

Website loads fine in Chrome and Edge. Certificate verified as valid. Website hosted on SquareSpace. This is a known issue with Firefox as there are many reports with Firefox falsely reporting this error with websites hosted on SquareSpace. Occasionally happens with major sites such as google.com.

Cache and all site data cleared. No Proxy set. Endpoint protection security software disabled.

As this is a known Mozilla Firefox issue this needs to get fixed now!
