Hello, With the latest Firefox update I lost the LastPass add-on, and Firefox will not let me install in again. I get the message "LastPass: Free Password Manager could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file." Can you help me with this please?

I use an Acer Travelmate Spin B3, and when using Firefox and pressing the screen down key, the screen either does nothing, or moves to the end of the document, not just one screen down. Can anybody help?

Up until sometimes before Urdu language words were properly displaying in my Firefox browser but no more. They now appear as individual characters instead of properly formed word. please help me to see the Urdu words as before.

The web page "blinks" the requested Adobe destination page - but then provides an error page (see page-clip image attached here) and no destination result. It does not require login - I should be able to see the topic in the Adobe Community (HelpX) page.

But either Adobe or Firefox is preventing me from seeing the page. Please advise. Firefox is my default browser. When I copy link and paste-and-go in Chrome, it works as expected - I see the page.

Example: On Ancestry when I attempt to do a search lass pass fills search boxes with my info and even when I delete the info, again will fill the boxes.

I want this to stop!!!!!!

For the Last two months Firefox is not working on the below two site but the same site works properly in Chrome, Edge, opera, kindly see what is the issue we professionals as Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountant always use below sites but from last 2 months both the below sites are not working. when we trying to login, the site automatically logout and login. Please help! My gmail inbox text appears blurry/fuzzy. The body of the emails is fine, but the INBOX is so hard to read! This is not the case using other browsers or looking at gmail on my iphone. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. Please advise!

I had a second Firefox window open, so that's all I'm getting now, with none of my tabs.

Lots of 'to-do's' on those tabs, and time spent searching. So if there's a way to recover, would much appreciate.

Need some help with Firefox crashing. System: Windows 8.1 64 Bit instilled on a Samsung SSD, 24 GB free space, 24 Gigs RAM, Firefox installed on conventional HDD (G:\) drive, 1.03 TB free space. This has been the standing configuration for many years, working with no problems.

Problems began with FF update 111.0. Any attempt to download files (.jpg or .pdf) would cause the “save” button to freeze, and after a seconds FF would crash. If an attempt was made to change a setting FF would again crash so quickly it was impossible to attempt any changes. Oddly enough, FF update 111.0.1 fixed the issue (or so I thought) and things returned to normal. I assumed whatever caused the problem had been fixed.

Unfortunately, every update beyond 111.0.1 reverts back to the same freezing and crashing behavior. I have attempted the following with all updates above 111.0.1 in an effort to correct the issue. So far nothing has worked. BTW, Brave and Chrome work just fine.

Cleared out all cache and cookies. Changed download folder Opening in safe (trouble shooting) mode Clean install(s) Disabled hardware acceleration. Putting the entire program on C:\ drive (apparently the newer FF installer does not allow custom installations any more). Checked and updated all drivers

Currently I have disabled automatic updates as none of them have the same freeze/crash issue. I am out of ideas and would certainly be glad to get any advice. At this point Brave is going to be my new default browser. Yes, I know 8.1 is no longer supported but I am not in a position to replace this PC at the moment.
