Since one of the last updates the behaviour for the tab re-sizing got messed up.

When there are only a few tabs with full size, those as well as the additional plus icon is shown. But when there are more tabs and they are re-sized, then the right side gets cut off. First the new tab icon dissapears and then also the last tab get's cut off.

I attached a screenshot with three firefox browser windows showing the problem, as well as a forth one with only 3 tabs open, which are shown in full size including the new tab icon.

This is a new problem as the tab resizinng and the new tab icon used to work perfectly fine no matter how many tabs were opened.

I have physical limitations and need to use middle mouse button to scroll.

However, in Firefox, middle mouse button to scroll is interrupted whenever the mouse hovers over a hyperlink or linked object -- and, fun fact, there are A LOT of links on the Internet, so this equates to a very janky and sub-optimum experience, in my personal use-case.

How can I make it so that the middle mouse button functionality is not hijacked by mouse-over context? I've already tried/disabled middle-mouse-button-click-to-open-link-in-new-tab.

Hi, I disabled several options in About:Config, and a feature previously disappeared. When I pressed the scroll button in the diamond, it opened a tag and moved to it automatically. Whatever you do with the current tag, I want it. Please help me. ( I mean, it no longer applies to bookmarks, I want it to apply to bookmarks )

I have installed the Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I right-click on a link on a page, I am missing the Firefox Multi-Account Containers element shown in the Multi-Account Containers KB article (see attached screenshot KBContextMenu.png).

My context menu looks like the attached screenshot MyContextMenu.png.

1. Has the Multi-Account Containers add-on been updated, and the KB article needs to be revised?
2. Is there a setting that I need to do to show this context meny element?

does anyone know what to do to make the background of the bookmarks icon and the reload icon the same as the icon with the site connection lock? I've exhausted all options in the userChrome.css and cant get the background to change. It's in hover state.

For reference I've added a couple of images, the first how the background is and the second how I would like it to look. I'm on macOS and latest Firefox 111.

When I try to log in to tradestation.com, I get a 403 Forbidden message. I have gone to Settings - Clear all History, and checked all the History and Data boxes, and clicked OK. Also, I only use Private browsing, which is set to remove all history, caches, etc. whenever I close Firefox. I have been logging in to tradestation 4 or 5 days a week for months, until today. Please help fix this.

Recenltly bought new laptop and installed a new version of firefox, but now I cannot get it to show my extensions.

The screen shot shows what (IMO) is supposed to to be, but all I get is the default buttons for firefox 2nd picture

It works on librewolf and brave, and im running on fedora 37 (using the flatpak package) i have tried every fix including but not limited to: reinstalling, troubleshoot mode, making a new profile and clearing cache. also the openh264 plugin always says preparing to install or smth but never does, thought id mention it in case its important.

I noticed this first when I had to force Google to go into dark mode even though firefox was already in dark mode.

I have searched through some issue reports and have seen a lot of people mentioning that their system theme is not being detected properly. This is not that issue. I can set the firefox "Website appearance" to dark or automatic at which point the UI of firefox itself does do into dark mode so no issues there. However if I go to a website that tries to query 'prefers-color-scheme' and set its theme accordingly it always returns 'light'. This is the case even if I set the 'layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override' to 0 in about:config.

The issue persists when opening a website in a private window.

There used to be an icon just to the right of the star (for creating a new bookmark) on the address bar that when clicked gave a drop-down bookmark menu. For some reason it disappeared and I cannot seem to get it back. All I have been able to do is go to settings => bookmarks to get a list of bookmarks, which, however, doesn't have the bookmarks organized into the sub-categories I once had. How can I get that icon back on the address bar? I don't want to add on a bookmark bar or tool bar.

Firefox said I can edit PDFs now when I updated the browser, but all I get are annotation options. Is that really it? Annotation only (you know, like writing the the margins of a book)? Or can we actually edit (like, changing the text in a book), and if so, where are the tools?

The web page, for my bank, won`t open. I have been using their web page, for a number of years. When I go to the web page, and try to login, all I get is a screen, with a circle, that keep circling, as if it were buffering, and never gets to the login page. Hello, I'm having an issue with my overflow menu. When opening the customization screen for the toolbar, I can't seem to drag certain toolbar elements into it? The buttons on the customize screen itself work correctly, and some of the elements present on the toolbar will change between visible and overflow just fine, but others I am completely blocked from moving. Please assist, as this is seriously impacting workflow.

Beginning with 111 when I start I get 'glxtest: failed to read data from glxtest, we may fall back to software rendering.' It works. I don't know that anything bad is happening.

For some reason I can't access the Spotify website (spotify.com or https://open.spotify.com/). I get this error message:

I did a new install of Firefox on a Windows 11 Pro laptop. When I enter a password to a site, blue tear drops appear around the password. I've followed the tips to turn off carets in about:fig, but the drops persist. This issue only appears in Firefox, not Edge, Chrome, etc.

Any help in turning off this annoying feature is appreciated!
