Hi, I have this problem which I never faced before, and I could not find a solution to it online. Could you please help me! It only appears in your browser. Which is a pink layer on YouTube videos. I tried reinstalling the browser, refreshing it. everything I could. And no chance. I am going to share with you a screenshot of what I mean.

When I watch a video, mostly in Netflix, and go to the fullscreen mode, I see a url line on the bottom left corner of my screen. It doesn't go away when I click the screen. When I try to click over it it switches to the right bottom corner, which I find quite frustrating. Whenever, this happens I should refresh the page and hope that it solves my problem and most of the times it does. However, I still would be quite happy if I figured out what caused this problem and if there is anything I can do it to fix it for good.

Firefox version: 100.0.2 (64-Bit) Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro 21H2.

Is it possible to revoke 'tabs' permission from an addon that grants it by default?

I modified the script provided here (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1257097), I got a successful message but permission is still there.

I KEEP HITTING ALTERNATIVELY :"dismiss" and "delete from history" but some i have to do it 40 0r 50 times before it stops popping back up

Hi New Dell Inspiron 15-3000, installed Firefox 100 in new laptop, transfered all files via LAN from old laptop All websites work ok except 2 of the 4 banking websites I use. One site will not accept my login the other will open after putting in my login twice Have gone to "troubleshoot mode" and both sites work , go back to "normal" and they do not work Any clues how to fix this, not to technical please I am not a computer whizz and all children have left home Many thanks Ron Managh

I definitely did not post those messages and I could not even find one except for 2 people who wondered about them. The suspect posts were NOT sent from [edited email from public] @optimum. net. I don't even post in firefox. I use it strictly as a browser and I NEED it back please. You have the wrong Tracy. I was hacked by a fake McAffee but that was taken care of by scrubbing my computer by the REAL McAffee and it was returned to Dell for a new one. Thank you for your help

I have made multiple attempts to install the "scraper.ai" extension in Firefox without success. At one point, it appears in the list of extensions, but I haven't been able to register with the author/company, which is apparently a prerequisite for using it. I click on the "Register" link in the dialog, enter my username and password, and click "Go". Every time I try this, I get the error message, "Unable to connect". The same message appears whenever a "scraper.ai" link is activated, whether it be for a document, or even the company website. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In the middle of accessing information about my printer (which is not working right) Firefox is blocking me from a page supposedly due to a security risk. How do I get around this?

Ok, there might exist a solution to this, but I am not able to find it or even a better way to explain it.

So, the main issue is, I have a lots of tabs open on my Firefox (Linux) and after some minutes of inactivity, Firefox automatically deletes all the data associated with that site.

So, when I switch back to that site, it reloads.

The main issue is with Whatsapp Web, as I don't get notification if I don't switch to the tab every now and then.

There might be a option for this behavior in the settings but I can't seem to find it.

Please help me find a solution.

I have a small window where I keep track of ball game score. Unfortunately, as I keep browsing, Firefox overwrites that window with new content. Is there a way to tell Firefox to leave that window alone?

I reported this error; however, I still do not have an answer.

Hello Team,

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

Dear Firefoxers,

Over the last year or so, I've had to switch to Chrome to load some pages properly. reCAPTCHA is proving to be a particular problem - which I'm told is powered by Google? I could be blocking Google content too much within my Firefox browser?

My wife is a long-term Chrome fan and says, "I don't know why you bother with Firefox, Chrome is much better", but I rebuke and say, "No! It's been great over the years, I've been using it since 2003".

Do I need to change my settings somewhere? At times certain pages don't load - it'll say 'Click Verify; or something similar and the 'Verify' button doesn't appear - I load the same page in Chrome, and boom, it's all there.

Am I doing something wrong with Firefox? I have version 100.0.2 (64-bit). Or is it time to give in to the mighty Google and go to Chrome after loyally using Firefox/Mozilla since 2003? (A daft thing to ask on a Firefox forum, I know!).
