Whether I was in the standard Firefox search window, or Google, or DuckDuckGo (my preferred choice), I was able to click on a specific topic in the search window and have it automatically open a new window within the Firefox window settings. I can no longer do this with Firefox 100.

Please fix!

After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Al those other solutions you guys give like clear cache disable en able etc don't work and take hrs of time

Subtitles in picture-in-picture are doubled. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting the browser but the problem persists. Site in question is Netflix (first image). Does not happen on YouTube (second image).

For the first time in a week I went directly to my GMX account but couldn't se my emails, contacts or any information other than the form layouts the pages are blank, however in Opera everything is seen. Also for many months Firefox doesn't allow the Recaptures to load so many sites, and services like sending of contact forms, wont work, its extremely frustrating as Firefox has all my passwords. I could go to Pale moon is the PW's can be shared as a FF user of over 20 years it is my preferred browser and would appreciate these issues resolved please.

Just recently I am having trouble viewing videos of any kind, in Facebook, or u tube videos, Firefox has worked perfectly until a couple of days ago, I don't know what has changed

I would like to stop the default behavior of firefox displaying in the tab that contains my GMail how many unread GMail messages there are -- in other words to delete "(9)" from the attached photo and never have the count displayed -- if it could instead simply say "Inbox - xxx@gmail.com"

When I am typing an address or search term in the address bar, something happens to convert fl to "I. For example, as I type netflix.com, it ends up being net"Iix.com. The address still works (I end up on netlfix) but it looks like there is a bug in how the text is rendered in the address bar. I am on Firefox 100.0.2 on openSUSE Tumbleweed

Firefox is not hiding page elements behind the scrollbar.

I notice this when using Plex, the posters appear over the top of the scrollbar when they should be hidden. I only see this issue with Firefox and no other browser.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm using Firefox 100.0.2 (OS: Ubuntu 20.04). It is not possible to manage if/when firefox updates are installed. In the options-section, there are some information about the current version number, however no chance to configure anything update-related. Updates just happens automatically and interrupt current sessions, leading to spontaneous (and surprising) dysfunction of the opened browser. That's very annoying in case of video conferencing, for example, because it is not possible to open any new tab or windows, always the note there "you have to restart firefox now" - in practice, just like a crashing error. And, the suggested restart does not re-open the current opened tabs/URLs!

Furthermore, within some updates, my language settings get lost, so it turns to English language automatically and I always must add my language packet manually again and again. Thats really annoying and maybe completely disruptive for people that are not able to read in English!

Is there any chance to come over this? Otherwise I guess I must leave using firefox as browser, however this would be not the aim I actually follow. Thx!

Since the latest (5 May 2022) update to Firefox (to Firefox 100.0) my Gmail account does not work properly on my desktop running W11. Gmail frequently disconnects for varying periods, then reconnects, only to disconnect again almost immediately. Gmail will not let me open another account from within the current account. This does not happen on my Android phone where Gmail works properly. Neither does it happen when I run Gmail through Edge on my desktop. Hence I presume it results from an interaction between Firefox100.0 and Gmail. My wife has exactly the same problem using her Microsoft Surface Laptop under W10 since this latest update.

when I update firefox dev from 96b6 to 100b3, I can't open torrent link with applciations and browser force to open the link with a download action. also I can't use Glitter Drag well, why? why firefox get more update, the bacomes harder to use?

May I ask your help if you have the solution for the question "Intermittent Fault - Google sites won't load"? I do force myself to continue to use Firefox; but It started to be painful. Please help me not to shift to Chrome...

I enjoy listening to https://ici.radio-canada.ca/ohdio online with Windows 10. Since the latest version of Firefox was installed, the audio no longer plays; nothing happens when I click the hyperlinks on the page. The audio plays in Edge and Chrome. I've turned off Enhanced Tracking protection, and the pop-up blocker is off. Any help much appreciated!

Firefox just updated to v100.

However, my menus (e.g., bookmarks, tools, history etc) and popups text has become black, having previously been white. The Menu Bar and Tabs text are still white.

How do I get the White text back on menus and popups please?

Why does Firefox now (for the past number of weeks, at least) force me to SAVE every thing I want to read or print? Why cannot I simply read or print something without having to choose a place to save it and name it? I don't always want the file cluttering up my PC once I have read or printed it. Help will be appreciated!

ALSO, probably not related, but maybe? Every time I open Firefox, within a minute, the additional "secure" window to Amazon Smile opens and interrupts what I am doing. Has Amazon taken over the entire world?

My employer sent me a link to sign up for an employment planning service. I need to enter my name, DOB and their entry code. The second line is being blocked and I cannot type in it. I need to type their entry code on this line. I have attached a copy of the screenshot. I am not sure what the Mask limit is for this line as it is not a line that I am typing my email address in.

I need HELP!
