Mt new OS iPad uses Firefox Win11. There are no extraneous symbols on my browser screen. I cannot move Whenpointer arrow to click right top corner to close full screen mode.During setup no option to add toolbar. Hp

and i have already looked in labs what i am supposed to check a box but not there and what is funny is i changed it in the past now it wont even allow me to up load a pic in photo

I want a toolbar with boxes surrounding each new tab. I need to find the right extension to do this. A different color for each box would be good too. When I add new ones they all run togethrr and only show in a box when highlighted. I used to have boxes separating them all... I play a game where I have about thirty open and boxes make them easier to see...

I just got a new laptop and installed Firefox 149 on it, but I can't get it looking and working like I want it to. It syncs with my desktop Firefox for my bookmarks and history, but the Bookmark Toolbar is in the wrong place, above the address and menu bar.

Most annoying is that I can't see my tabs......I can scroll through them with Ctl-Tab, but I can't see them laid out at the top of the screen, and I can't manually choose or close any tab. My bookmark toolbar looks like where I expect the tabs to be.......I thought that Firefox was automatically opening all the bookmarks in my toolbar into tabs, but if that were the case I would scroll through them with Ctl-Tab, which I cannot. That appears to be the toolbar, not open tabs.

So......the toolbar is above the menu bar, not below it, and my tabs aren't visible. My bookmark toolbar setting is set to "always show",

In all webpages, including Firefox settings pages, text appears like poorly chosen Cleartype settings. This does NOT apply to the menu and Address bars, nor the drop down options in "Which topic best describes your question?" that appears when asking a question here. Troubleshooting mode does NOT solve this, however switching profiles DOES, so I imagine there is a setting responsible for this however I've reset all font-related settings I could find. I've attached a screenshot of the result on this page. Choosing alternative fonts does NOT solve this.

I have switched from all color to just a highlighted silver color to all the pics and black and white for the youtube entries. how can I change back to all color in both. ijk

Each time I open Fire Fox, the window in NOT FULL ... I need to select the either F11 or the diagonal with arrow endpoints.

Surely there is a default settings that opens Fire Fox to full window allowing selection of website icons.

I updated my tablet to a Surface Pro 12 running Windows 11. I installed Firefox on my Surface Pro but I've noticed that all the websites I visit, that the page is outside of my viewing area. I've tried to find a way to fill the webpage to fit within my screen size without luck. I always need to scroll to the right to view the extra content. Is there a method to view the webpage within my screen size..?

I have dark reader installed, it makes every website dark mode quite efficiently.

However, it cannot make *.mozilla.org dark because those are restricted pages that addons cannot modify.

Even though I have enabled "restricted pages" in dark mode, it does not work.

On Linux Mint 22 on my desktop, the buttons in the RH top corner are tiny. I have measured the minimise line and it is under 2mm long.

I have tried various searches to see if these controls could be made larger, but most questions suggest changing the theme. I don't want to do that, and I'm sceptical that it would make any difference anyway.

Has anyone got any suggestions how they could be made bigger?

I'm using the MATE desktop.

I got a new Samsung monitor and the Firefox tabs and taskbar icons are suddenly tiny. I can enlarge web pages with the zoom function, but can't enlarge the tabs or icons. How can I fix this? Thanks, Alan

Hi, after updating to FF ver. 151 (Linux Mint 22.3) the container icon on my address-bar disappeared. I can still use containers by right clicking in the bookmarks drop down menu.

My computer recently went through a restore to an earlier time this month. Only after the restore was complete did I realize that I would loose all my settings and would have to reinstall things like firefox even though firefox was functioning at the time of the restore. I believe I am logged back in to my account as my bookmarks menu is still there and in fact has duplicated itself again. That said I want my bookmarks menu to be put back on the left side of my screen. The Dell computer rep could not figure out how to restore my bookmarks menu back to where I had it previously and says I just have to live with it. I have searched but apparently am not using the correct terms on how to reset up my typical firefox screen. Is there anybody that can help me figure out how to restore my bookmark menu on the left side of the screen and if possible get rid of the duplicate that was created when the dell person was working on my computer. Thanks
