I'm using Firefox as my default browser, and I saw a link preview for YouTube (on tumblr, if it matters) that displayed the message 'Your browser is deprecated. Please upgrade' instead of the actual video title. What does this mean?

When I try to access ordinary websites, I am recently getting this message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server.

Help! How to fix?!

Everytime i try to go on YouTube and click on a video, it says that "that specific content is unavailable", with every single video i try to watch. i tried using a different browser, like Chrome, and this doesn't happen with those videos, only with Firefox. I also tried switching search engines, but it seems as if it still doesn't work.

Yesterday on Firefox, I discovered that when I Googled questions, the tabs loaded with a blank 2” left margin indented space. See screenshot attached. This occurred after FF update 147.0, and I have Mac Tahoe 26.2. I see from researching this that it’s a problem after the last FF update, as follows:

I refreshed FF, and now all bookmarks I had minimized have the 2” blank margin. How do I get it back to normal so that the text has no huge left margin?

I've just switched to Fedora 43 KDE plasma from Windows. On Windows, everything was totally find with videos on Firefox. After migration I kept having an error message "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." not only on one site (else it could have been the site). After searching for solution here and on the Net, I found out that it's not related to Fedora but to Firefox when using Radeon RX7700XT on Linux (idem with several distros). And indeed, when installing other browser and testing them there was no problem, even with LibreWolf. So can you please take action as I like Firefox and I would not like to have to move everything to an other browser. And it seems that this problem has been around for at least two years ... which you should be ashamed of.

I can not figure out how to add a site to allow the location there is no i in the address bar but the site is all about location and I figured I not get a verification email to join the site since it is not on location so how do I add a site with no i site is called nextdoor.com

Recently I’ve been unable to play YouTube videos on Firefox: “Video unavailable.”

I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies, and restarting Firefox in safe mode. I’ve disabled “Use recommended performance settings” and “Use hardware acceleration.” Still no videos.

I’m using a VPN and have several Ff extensions - none of them video related.

The problem seemed to start after the most recent Firefox update. YouTube works fine in Safari.

Thoughts?

Mac mini MacOS Sequoia 15.7.4 Firefox 148.0

On my Windows 11 IOT Enterprise LTSC system firefox does not entirely close. After I installed my professional tax software from Drake Software LLC the following happens repeatedly: I open Firefox, look at a page, close Firefox, the screen clears and when I try to REOPEN firefox a popup says that it is still running and offers close or cancel. Neither button opens,closes or cancels Firefox. I have to reboot to make Firefox (147.02 64bit) close. This happens every time I open Firefox.

Ciao i have lost saved link and short menu links all my 143.0.3. How can i recover or where is saved CSV or else? Thanks Vladi

My Firefox is not showing search suggestions/autocomplete when I search for a term in the search bar. First screenshot is what I see, second screenshot is from Chrome. Third screenshot is my settings.

I would like to continue using Firefox, but this is extremely infuriating.

I am using Firefox on a W11 64 desktop. Until recently (the most recent upgrade, I think) all worked well. But since then although the relevant box is ticked in settings (aboutpreferences general), on opening Firefox the tabs from the preceding session are NOT restored. This is extremely inconvenient.

Have any others found this same problem? Any work arounds?

Firefox does not react to links.. This has been happening in several web pages. Links that work on Chrome and Safari do not work on Firefox. This is the last example, try to click on the different shoe views on this page: https://www.skechers.com/uno---suited-on-air/183004_NVY.html ...
