Two days ago I started having problems opening Firefox. After rebooting and performing voodoo chants while swinging a dead chicken over my heard, (no help there either) I gave up. I then tried uninstalling with the hopes that re installing would fix the problem. Then I found out that I was unable to even uninstall the program now. I did a Google search for a remedy and one recommendation was to find the help.exe within the Mozilla folder in the Programs file, which I did but when I clicked it, nothing happened.
Now I have downloaded and attempted to install a new version of Firefox 28.0 as far as the install goes is to the "run" window. After that, nothing happen, not even waiting for fifteen minutes (random time wait seeing I hadn't just give it time to run its course.
