I recently got a new computer (HP Dragonfly) and set Firefox as my default browser but when I click on a link from Outlook it opens in Edge. I'm using Windows11. I have: 1) Confirmed in Firefox settings that Firefox is the default 2) Confirmed in Edge settings that Edge is not the default browser 3) Confirmed in Windows default settings that Firefox is the default browser 4) Ensured in Outlook-Options-Advanced that "Open Hyperlinks in from Outlook" is set to "Default Browser" 5) Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Also restarted my computer several times And yet, clicking on links from Outlook continues to open Edge. Please help I really don't like Edge!

I have a folder with multiple files in a Google drive. I want to share the folder with a person in :View only mode" where he cannot copy or download the files (while he is using the firefox browser). How can I do that ?

I wish to re-install my Old Firefox Data to my restored Win 10 computer Firefox browser bookmarks. There was no link given to migrate this info held in our MS OneDrive folder (as listed on the Desktop).

Last year in February MS crashed my Chrome browser. I could not re-install that, but could download and install Firefox. Now the MS auto updates began to trashed our Internet Win 10 system in late December. Everyone is being herded into the train's automobile cars haulers so they can back us into a lake...

How do I actually get Firefox to start where I can browse something? I have downloaded it 3 times, and it downloads, and then it just sits there. How do I actually go to Firefox and search for something. I got a search bar ONE TIME, and when I put in the thing I was searching for, I got an immediate message that the system crashed and I should try again. How do I get an actual SEARCH BAR to come up and let me do something? Even now, it is sitting there, asking me to download it again. I don't see the point in constant downloading with no result. Firefox is REALLY IRRITATING to try and use.

My main browser is Google, with Gmail as my email. I have Windows 11 installed.

I downloaded Firefox for my new Mac. I see a Firefox symbol on my desktop. Clicked and moved the thing to my applications.

Can't open Firefox because I have no Icon on the desktop or in the Dock. How do I get an Icon?

MY Windows 11 laptop crashed and OS may need to be reinstalled. Will this wipe out my Firefox browser bookmarks. I would like to save the bookmarks somehow. How do I do this without access to that system?

Some files appeared on my Desktop folder. when i erased them my Tabs and profile got deleted. then when i log in my profile the Files return on the Desktop folder.

my problem is why is this happening?. Firefox was installed on default installation drive, and it has been 8 months or more but only now this is happening.

i don't tweak anything on this browser, just browsing and consuming content.

There is one site, where my IRA is located, ("mystreeetscape.com:") where I am never able to open my statements or retrieve tax documents. I get the message "Please wait while we retrieve your documents" but the circle just keeps going around forever. This has persisted for quite a while, and I would rather not download and use another browser if Firefox is able to work for this. I have not had this problem with any other bank accounts or financial places - eg: Fidelity is fine, etc.

This is my first post so bare with me.  :-)

We are deploying the 32-bit version of the Firefox Browser to 4 700 clients and the 64-bit version to only 8 clients; all clients on a 64-bit Windows 10 environment. We will migrate to Windows 11 22H2 this year. The manager for the 8 clients says he wants the 64-bits version just because it's...64-bits. No other reason.

I've read that the 64-bit version can not handle Java, Media Players like VLC and mayby some other plugins. Is that still so?

What is the main reason TODAY for using 64-bit Firefox Browser instead of 32-bit, except for the use of 4 GB+ RAM?

Trying to download nord vpn and is says "failed" tried to download a receipt for the purchase of above and it says "failed" the browser on Win 10 is set to save files to downloads

i have been using Tor.browser as my default web browser on Macbook for months. Firefox is my 2nd, but two days ago, i was kicked out of Tor, cannot download/use it anymore and the reasons given are as follows:

"Tor.browser quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information." Ignore Report Reopen (options)

when i have deleted and tried to re-install tor browser, I get the notification that

"Tor Browser quit unexpectedly". No matter what I do

 (I have since done both, obviously & have tried many other things, including trying to Time Travel, which I am not 100% sure how to yet).  the Report states Firefox is responsible for blocking Tor.  how did this happen and suggestions on how to fix.  I have to access Tor to find some pertinent files etc. I have stored there.  thanks

I need step by step instructions to create my NEW account, because I couldn’t enter the code to confirm my account, and now I can’t sign in , or anything. I would like to sync everything as well. Please advise. Thank you
