Hi!

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

Hello. I am setting up a site on Linux server using Apache as reverse proxy , with ASP.NET as application server . since installing SSL , I had few mixed content blocking that i was managed to fix using CSP directive in Apache configuration file. site has no issue with all browser except Firefox. the only issue is that in admin section , to configure a option. system will load a js file that simply a dropdown with list of options to choose from . when using Firefox , it tries to redirect that page to login page . for test , i clicked on the link i located in Developer tools , which directed me to login page , entered my credentials, and scripts loads showing the drop down box and ok button. is been 3 weeks i been looking for every solution and i have done everything .. but nothing have worked. now I am resort to having to use other browsers if i need to use that functionality in admin page. In page header file name : login , location : http://MYDOMAIN.ca/login?ReturnUrl=%2FAdmin%2FDiscountRulesCustomerRoles%2FConfigure%3FdiscountId%3D6%26_%3D1702682353293 , which are not correct . and browser such as Brave and Safari dose not show different path and file name and everything is correct. dose anyone know how to fix this .. ? i saw a solution mentioned as stated resting Firefox ,but can not find a way to reset , but i have reinstalled Firefox and constantly having this issue on this single section of the page . I often use the cync, as its very a usefull tool, for when my pc crashes and I have to re-install windows. What is a real pain though, is even when I have the latest version of fire fox installed , after cync has completed, I stll get back many book marks that I have deleted well be before my last recync and with an older version of firefox. Which i find to be a real pain.

Would it not be possible to change the way cync works, ie, you cold add a button, words to the effect "cync from online to you", in that way, I know I am getting the book marks and data I sent up there last time, I cync-ed

Or to cync your data, when wishing to put all your latest bookmarks offline, would it not be possible to "clear online bookmars and data.

Hello, recently I am having a problem with updating addons on Firefox (Windows, 106.0.3 (64-bit)) for few days now. When I click "Check for updates" it's stuck on checking for much longer than usual and then says that there are no updates available, but when i go to Browser Console it shows me an error message:

"addons.update-checker WARN HTTP Request failed for an unknown reason"

I have tried:

1. changing dns
2. clearing cookies and cache
3. creating "extensions.update.requireBuiltInCerts" preference with false value
4. restarting firefox in safe mode
5. checked HOSTS file
6. enabling auto addon updates
7. reinstalling firefox

I am really not sure what could be causing this. BTW i can install addons from https://addons.mozilla.org no problem. Could it be on your end?

When scrolling down I choose to read an article in a new window. When I open the new window, on the right side, a pop up window appears titled “Join the Conversation” or “More from Daily Express” blocking some of the article’s words. How can I stop this pop up window from appearing? Thanks.

MY Windows 11 laptop crashed and OS may need to be reinstalled. Will this wipe out my Firefox browser bookmarks. I would like to save the bookmarks somehow. How do I do this without access to that system?

Hey folks, i'm not sure if anyone else has seen this issue.

I have YT Premium for downloading videos when i'm out and about on mobile and laptop, i've noticed on the browser the download option is now missing with the newest Firefox update.

I opened YT in Chrome and Edge and the option is available - obviously I don't want to swap away from Firefox, so thought i'd raise it if others are having the same issue.

I'll also raise a ticket with Youtube to see if they're doing something dodgy.

I want to use my tablet for writing/drawing on some websites but the browser doesn't recognize the device. It computes the mouse on the "drawing" screen but not the tablet, and also computes using the pen for clicking and dragging, and/or the tablet as a touch-pad. The device works fine on chrome and on my drawing softwares, so it isn't a problem with the pressure sensors or driver. Tested disabling all addons and restarting Mozilla, but the problem remains. Mozilla is up to date, and I use W10 (also up to date).

Any advice?

I am trying to allow ads on knowyourmeme.com but prevent being tracked by these ads (or anything really.) Is there a way to do this?

I have latest version of FF and MacBook Pro 10.9.2. Recently had major keychain problems and worked a lot with Apple to solve them. Now all is well but…. I am now frequently asked to enter my master password when I am in FF; they has never happened before. For example, when I go to Amazon, a window opens asking for the master pw. In some cases, this is not a big deal because I can cancel the request and my keychain will get me into the site. In other cases, my keychain does not work if I cancel the request for the MPW and I have to enter my access information. I asked Apple support about this, and they said to contact you.

Yesterday, I put my laptop in hibernate mode like I always do. When I turned it back on, I was greeted by Microsoft asking me to install Windows 11. Of course, I declined the offer several times. I then noticed that everything I had opened was now closed. So I opened everything up again, including Firefox.

My laptop has a wide-gamut display, and colours look oversaturated by default. It's one "feature" of this computer that I don't like. So, anyway, I had to fiddle with the color management settings in Firefox to get page elements like images and text not to look blindingly saturated. Aside from videos still being unchanged, the settings worked great for many months. Now, suddenly after this push for Windows 11, the color management has seemingly gone back to what it was like before I got it looking right. Nothing I change has any effect. Change settings. Restart browser. Nothing. Repeat that process until I'm ready to launch my laptop out the window.

I closed out and then re-opened Firefox. I refreshed the browser. I rebooted the system. Nothing. All color management settings don't take any effect.

Before the recent 1-2 updates, pdfs,pictures and .torrent meta files used to get saved in temp folder which I LOVED very much. Recently these are getting save in my download folder instead of saving in the temp folder.

I changed this setting to allows ask. Still the files are getting saved in the download folder after opening.

Please assist me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

I go to Central Pacific Bank's website and try to pay my bills, but when I click on "Pay bills" it does not do anything. Before it would go to pay bills. Now when I click it does not respond. There website is not responding. So I try on America Online browser and no problem. I can pay my bills. How come with Firefox it now does not work? This is the second time I am having problem with Firefox and it is becoming annoying. What's the problem?

Hello everyone,i lost my saved datas like history,saved password etc when i changed my gmail password which i used to syc my firefox account.I wonder why it happened because i did not tick the box asking if i want to delete them.I also used another laptop to check and the data i lost in my other laptop were there.I added secondary email as back up and clicked to change the new email to primary only for me to see my data got lost from the second laptop again.why? i tried to change the password of my first primary email back to the old password but google did not allow me.My question is,can changing back to my password back to the old one bring my lost data back? i asked because that was the password used by firefox to save my data in their server.will google ever allow me to change back to old password after sometime? what i am amazed at is that i login using other browswer with the new pasword on another laptop and i got back my syc datas.Thanks in advance for your feed back.

When I open certain websites (Zillow, Redfin and others) and when I click on a Mail To link in my IOS mail apps on my Mac I now get either a popup to use my Google account or Firefox opens the gmail website. I don't have a google account. Why is this now happening in Firefox. I don't want to login to Zillow, etc., every time I open the website and I have set my Mail app as the default app in "preferences" yet it persists.

my browser doesn't save logins. what I mean by this is that I always have to re-login on a site even if that site normally saves your login. examples: Facebook, Roblox, Google

I have Fire fox 4 and I wish to upgrade to Fire fox 5 or 6 , is this free? and if I do upgrade will I lose my bookmarks ? ....... I want to upgrade ! .... fire fox has improved my computer speed ....alot .........GREAT PRODUCT ...... I only wish to improve my fire fox .......and if the upgrades are free or ? ..........thanx Don L
