I have purchased and downloaded some movie clips. They are in the Firefox Downloads folder. I can play them when the clips are downloaded but after about 24 hours, if I right click and look for Open Containing Folder, it is greyed out. I have noted that they are placed in my Temp folder in the C Drive when first downloaded. On one occasion I saved the file from the Temp folder to My Documents and have returned to it and been able to play it. It occurs to me I may have made a basic error when the download starts. I am asked if I would like to play on Windows Media Viewer and there is also the alternative of a Save option. I assumed that all downloaded files would be automatically saved to the Firefox Download file. Should I have selected the Save button instead? There appear to be no security issues because the file size and site details still appear below the file name.

next to the Mozilla symbol at the very top of the page, there are what appears to be Chinese characters instead of English. This is at the very top border.I believe it's supposed to say Mozilla

I am trying to set up yahoo as the default email in Firefox. I want it to auto open when i am in a program (like craigslist) to send an email. I use windows xp. the only reference to this i can find is in Netscape I use yahoo as a net based program.

In Firefox this question "ask this" dialog box in chinese: Program will not close properly, must "end Process" in tsk mgr. Will not open multiple browsers. Started after downloading "Java" update.

All of a sudden.....my download print size went to like, a size 4 !!! Microscopic...I need a magnifying glass to read anything, seriously...

I used to type a few letters in the location bar and history and suggestions would appear. Now I have to type in every web address I want to go to -- I don't know why the predictive typing and suggestions suddenly stopped working -- I haven't changed any settings. I've checked on Preferences/Privacy and it is set to Remember History and to suggest History and Bookmarks. I saw a similar question on here that suggested looking at the AVG add-on, but I don't have that. The predictive typing was very helpful -- I wish it hadn't disappeared!!! Can you please help?

When I go to login to my Hotmail the writing is so small I cannot read it.. I have tried removing it from my bookmark and also deleted browser history and updated my mozilla and nothing is helping. Yet I can go to internet explorer and it is normal but I hate internet explorer please help me get it back to normal so I can read it

Newsfeed and profile on facebook will not load. I am having problems with some links working, for the most part it is links with buttons, not just hyperlinks.

Some parts of other websites do not load either, the scoreboard on espn.com will not load

Lost ability to restore toolbars. Closed them and don't have any menus or options to open the toolbars. Basically not Firefox options.

Phone numbers contained in emails, and on web links show up for several seconds then disappear. I'm using Yahoo e-mail, however, if I use IE 8, with Yahoo e-mail the problem does not occur. Help!!!

Firefox 3.6.3 on my Mac (OS 10.6.3) enters my password to a website automatically (as set in Preferences)

I had to change a Username & Password for a site.

Firefox continues to enter the old UN & PW  despite a number of my attempts to change to the new ones.

How can I make this happen?

The only toolbar I have left on Firefox is the "Bookmarks Toolbar", how do I get the others back? And right-clicking does nothing.

Depuis quelques temps, sans que je ne sache quel est l'événement qui a causé cela, lors d'un clic droit, le menu contextuel de Firefox affiche ses éléments de manière déroulante (une flèche en haut, une flèche en bas) avec des tas de lignes vides. C'est très difficile à décrire. Les flèches ne réagissent pas. Et souvent je ne peux pas accéder à "ouvrir un nouvel onglet" "enregistrer image sous"... De même la correction orthographique m'affiche un menu vide. Cela gâche toute ma navigation. Je tourne sous WIn 7 64 bits avec carte graphique ATI Radeon 5870
