In Firefox under the "Bookmarks" Tab I have "Favorites" from Mozilla Firefox and from Internet Explore. Where are the "Favorites" from Internet Explorer saved (path) on the hard drive? Where are the "Favorites" from Mozilla Firefox saved (path) on the hard drive?

When I type a word into the address/url/awesome bar that is a word I know I have used as a tag on several bookmarked pages, only 4 of the results in the drop down are bookmarked pages. The rest of the pages in the drop down are other pages suggested from the web. Because only 4 of the results are pages I've tagged, the page I want (and have tagged) often doesn't show up. Is there a setting I can change to make it show more tagged results? Or is there a way after I get the original results to have it add additional tagged/bookmarked items?

I have hundreds of bookmarks in dozens of folders. I'm reorganizing them and adding labels (tags?) to them. In Library I do a search for a certain label...for instance "video" and it finds the bookmarks for me. The same bookmark is shown several times and is situated in more than one folder. But I can't find out in which folders! It only shows location on the www. How can I see where the bookmarks actually are?

Just updated Foxmarks to the latest version (3.7.8). I'm running Firefox 3.6.6. It freezes Firefox with a popup window notifying me of some error with NoScript, I can't do anything except close Firefox with Windows (service pack 3) alt-ctrl-del

I have followed all the advice in the support forums but to no avail. I want to permanently disable, turn off or therwise shut down the feature that remembers past web sites. Every time I go to Tools>Options>Privacy and make changes (like never remember history and selecting or deselecting other options) the changes simply revert back to what they previously were. I must say this is very frustrating. I am running Windows & Pro on an HP Probook and the latest version of Firefox.

Essentially, I do not want history of sites visited nor do I want Firefox to suggest web sites as i begin to type a URL address.

After an update my bookmarks in the side bar disappeared, they were replaced with 3 bookmarks/place holders that say (no title). I can see my bookmarks when I click on the bookmarks pull down menu, they still work. How do I get all those bookmarks back in my side bar?

The toolbar that has the settings for the program isn't there. It usually has things like "File, Edit, history, preferences, or options" It's not there and i can't change any of my firefox settings because i can't access that toolbar.

When I use the "Open All In Tabs" option in a bookmark folder, sometimes it will open all bookmarks in "new" tabs and sometimes it will reuse open tabs, overlaying currently open pages. This option should always use "new" tabs.

I get an error message when I try to send windows live mail. It lets me know that I need to adjust my settings. I'm a novice here, and I don't want to try something that i don't know how to fix later. Cabn you help?

I would like to vote multiple times on fan sites. When I follow your directions to clear recent history, the fan sites still recognize me and will not allow me to vote. Using the previous versions of Firefox, I was able to clear cookies and vote multiple times.

I had Roboform toolbar parked left of the search box on the Menu Bar. It suddenly went rogue and now is located above the tabs as a new toolbar. I've tried to move it back using the Customize window but it resists being dragged anywhere. Can someone give me a suggestion?

I want each page of hits for google search to contain 100 hits. I login, change the number, save the preferences, exit the browser and it is reset at 10 again. On my desktop at home this fearture works fine even if I don't log in. Why does that matter anyway. Logging in is for an account and is not required for the browser.

I removed address bar from my Firefox but now I can't bring it back . when I right click on the top bars, it doesn't show any choice to bring the address bar back ! Could you please help me ?
