Firefox Hello - FF Version 36. I have a laptop with integrated webcam and also a 64bit Desktop with USB Logitech C500 Webcam. The new Firefox Hello feature seems to work OK with the laptop ..... but in the case of the desktop will not integrate the USB webcam during the invitation email process although the email has in effect been sent and received. As a consequence there is no video or audio exchange with the third party when accepting to "Join the conversation". Could this be a configuration issue ?

Firefox 46.01 under Ubuntu 16.04 In this website: https://www.onlinemictest.com/webcam-test Or any other website that uses the webcam I get the error message: Camera not authorized. Please check your media permissions settings. Permissions are ok (set to allow after prompted), but still no video - cheesse works ok and properly shows video. The website asks for permission to share the camera as expected, and it is set to ALLOW. Would appreciate your help. Best, Marcelo

I am having to use ProctorU for online testing during this time. For whatever reason, it will not access my microphone and camera (needed so that we can be watched by the proctor during exams). On Firefox, I have everything set to "allow", including both my camera and microphone. On my MacBook, typically I can go to system preferences, and the sites that have attempted to access my mic and camera appear there, but they are not. I am at a loss and my exam starts in an hour.
