Citibank cannot access the online account changed pass word and it keeps asking me for the new password.

Citibank says Firefox has to be restored?

I often use the cync, as its very a usefull tool, for when my pc crashes and I have to re-install windows. What is a real pain though, is even when I have the latest version of fire fox installed , after cync has completed, I stll get back many book marks that I have deleted well be before my last recync and with an older version of firefox. Which i find to be a real pain.

Would it not be possible to change the way cync works, ie, you cold add a button, words to the effect "cync from online to you", in that way, I know I am getting the book marks and data I sent up there last time, I cync-ed

Or to cync your data, when wishing to put all your latest bookmarks offline, would it not be possible to "clear online bookmars and data.

Following a Mac rebuild, I decided to use a different e-mail for my Firefox profile, then tried to move all my bookmarks over. I tried both backup and HTML export from my old profile (on a separate machine, copied to the rebuilt machine) but restore from that file failed ("Unable to process the backup file.") and the HTML import seemingly did nothing - the operation completed without error but nothing changed. Any suggestion on how to get the bookmarks moved over?

I want to import everything from avast secure browser, but ASB does not show in the browsers option. Is there a roundabout way to import everything(passwords, bookmarks etc)?

I have tried all of the suggestions and cannot find any backup files other then current dates. Now I am without my bookmarks clear back to 5/7/2022???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to login every time I click on a bookmark. I reached out to the NYT help desk; the tech said I should use Chrome. I'm a dedicated Mozilla user; I contribute when asked, so the NYT kind of offended me. I did clear my cache, to no avail. Still have to log in every time. Can you pls help?

So why can't Firefox make their bookmark system more simple? I can spend 10 minutes looking for a bookmark that I KNOW I have & end up just googling for the site.

I am using Firefox Desktop with windows10. I had a problem with windows and the fix deleted everything except my data files. I have reinstalled Firefox. However, the reinstall has none of my bookmarks. Is there a way to recover the Bookmarks from my previous version ? They took years to develop. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm using Firefox 100 on Win10 and can't save any bookmarks. They do NOT appear under the App Data Profile, which would not be acceptable even if they were. This change has made it impossible for me to continue using Firefox, unless I want to go back to Win7.

I simply need Bookmarks to work the way they did before!

I am not too good with the computer and have just starting using Firefox. I will do my best to describe my question so please bar with me. I have 2 rows of websites that I frequent...actually only using the first row and 5 spaces in the second row. When I go to a different website Firefox is automatically adding that website to one of the boxes in the second row which I do not want. How do I stop this? Question 2...using Ebay as an example...if I keep searching on Ebay and have looked at lets say 5 different pages how do I go back to the home screen without having to hit the back button 6 times? Hello, I upgraded my windows 8.1 system with firefox on it to windows 10. The windows 10 upgrade saved my windows 8.1 files. I installed firefox on windows 10. I deleted the files created by the install in the folder 'profiles'. When I copy my old firefox profile contents into that firefox profile folder, firefox does not pickup my bookmarks and extensions as I had hoped. Is it possible to get firefox to recognize my old profile contents? Thanks, Doug

Hi My browser updated to latest version 100.0.1 but all my opened tabs are missing. And what is more important all my sync bookmarks are also gone. I can note restore any of sync data.

There was an update download recently. Did something change that prevents me from seeing this website: https://vk.com/video/@miselet It takes forever to load and blinks on and off the whole time. When it finally loads, I click on a day's videos and all it does is give me an error message. I had no problem with that site in May when I watched the daily videos from the May sumo tournament.
