Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

Hello, I use my providers web email promail.ptd.net , but they don't have where I can add a sound to incoming email or specific ones.. I did add the promail to your notifications,settings, but can you explain to me what the step would be to get their incoming email to make a sound of choice while using Firefox? or do i have to switch to an email program that already has that option? I wish Eudora would continue!

recently i have bought a membership on a website called anizium.com and there are 4k resulotion animes, my friends can watch them on 4k but i cant, they use chrome. After i downloaded chrome to check, and yeah i can watch them on 4k on chrome. Is there any solution to that bc i have been using firefox for years now and i dont wanna just use chrome to have 4k. Hello mozilla support team I am Gina I have this problem for about two or three weeks now.I try to watch videos on mozzila firefox and I get gliches and sound dose'nt work.I don't have those problems on vivaldi at least at this moment. We're finding we can no longer watch FUBO TV on Firefox. Works fine in Edge. Anyone have any suggestions? We've cleared cache/history, restarted laptop, etc. This occurs both on recorded programs and live tv. We still seem to be able to get the commercials, although we tried watching on two different devices and the commercials were very different. Is it possible for Firefox to have been hacked but not Edge on the same device? Doesn't sound plausible to me, but I'm not sure. This has happened since the last update to Firefox. We have Windows 10 64 bit. Firefox 134.0.2 or whatever the latest version is. We're stumped why it works on one browser but not the other. Has to be a Firefox issue.

Whenever I try to watch a video, on any website, it pixelates so bad that it's just unwatchable. Do I have a setting wrong that could fix this? Watching the same video on different browsers (edge, chrome) works fine. I've attached an image to show what I'm getting. Occasionally, it will work just fine but if I pause the video to come back to it, it goes back to this at some point.

I'm running on windows 11 and Firefox Version 134.0.2 (64-bit)

I cannot select 8K60fps Youtube playback on my M4 Mac mini, so please add support for this in the Firefox MacOS browser for Apple Silicon devices, or at least the latest M4 series of chips.

Hello! For some time now I suddenly have no sound in Firfox, otherwise the sound works everywhere, even in other browsers. All help instructions do not help. Do I have to switch to another browser for good? Thanks for help

I don't get sound on any website, specifically NPR, Kanopy and Youtube. I've tried all of the suggestions in the Help menu, and they were, to put it mildly, no help. This seems to have begun with the latest update (134).

I cannot seem to get playback with Firefox browser for either Tubi TV or Pluto TV anymore. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, have tried to just refresh data yet still no playback.
