I currently have Version 115.37.0esr (64-bit). When I click Check For Updates, it says I'm updated to the current version, but apparently the current version is 152.0.6. Why can't I get this version?

today i open firefox ask me to reastart for a update i did it ask me to do instal a helper i did then i open it then agian on a loop i task me to intall a helper i did like 50 times hwo cna i jsut do the update and get otu fo the loop of intaling helpers for firefox

Origine du fichier: Disque dur de cet ordinateur." Pourtant dans les paramètres on indique que tout est à jour et aucune action n'est requise. Comment le flusher sans qu'il réapparaisse à tout moment et comment puis-je m'assurer que ce n'est pas de l'intrusion ?

Want to roll back my latest update. all my saved items on home page,bookmark and history tiles vanished. Firefox shouldnot give two rips what browser I am using be it: Windows 10 11, 13, 7 ,or ME

Ok so a month ago FF updated on four W11 laptops and now every time since then when you open FF it wants to make changes to your HDD and then tells you it can't download the latest version. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and its the same across all devices. None of the three devices are running any of the same software aside from the OS as they're all dedicated to different purposes, so I know its not something on the devices themselves. We ended up uninstalling it on everything aside from the older W10 desktop because its a constant nuisance. Each time it updates it is successful and there's no failure messages, so it's not like its obviously failing to update, but something certainly broke.

I am getting the message "updates are disabled by the admin." I am the only one here so I don't know how that happened. I need to install Slack but need to update first. I followed the steps to edit registry but still can't update. Please advise.

The Firefox update I was prompted to initiate on May 12 resulted in a compatibility issue message. Following Firebox Help recommendations, I re-installed my Firefox. Now I see that my downloads folder has a long string of unfamiliar files, and I need assurance that these are not remnants of malicious activity. All files have names like i-33639-002-XX.jpg and are dated the same time (5/12/2026, 4:07 PM). Each file shows as “0 KB” in size. All are listed as “JPG File”. Has this happened to other Firefox users?

How do I update Firefox on my rand McNally tablet When I factory reset it ,it went back to the original version and I can't get it to update to the version I had beforehand

Every time I log on to Firefox, or attempt to use the brozser, I am asked to update Firefox. So I proceed to do the update download; The software refuses to do anything. So I continue with the old release. Apparently, this is a common problem. Yet Firefox staff continues to ignore the situation.

HOW DOES ONE UPDATE THE FIREFOX SOFTWARE?????

Every time I log into MOZILLA_FIREFOX it asks to update. I have tried this before. I usually just hit that NO button...When I do click on the YES button & try to update...IT WIPES OUT EVERYTHING I HAVE STORED ON FIREFOX. EVERY SINGLE PASSWORD...SHOPPING LISTS...I'm done! I now once again have to go and recover all my information. Thing is....it updates automatically........so WTH is going on? I will start looking for aother browser...is this a scam or what?

I frequently get a notification that an update failed to install and to install it manually. When checking the update section in the settings I see "Restart Firefox to install update". After restarting, the same section shows "Applying update..." but never finishes. This has been happening for a while and it's becoming very frustrating. Any help is appreciated.

One more thing that may be related: sometimes when launching Firefox, the window will pop up for a split second then close and I have to launch it again. This usually happens on a cold start.

I'm too old and tired to try to find my way around the new update. How can I return to the previous version? Life was so simple. Now I spend more time trying to find things that I can't find than I do online doing something productive.

Please tell me there's a simple way to get back to the previous version and that I won't lose my bookmarks and links.
