I'm on version 148.0, dragging tabs stopped working, not on horizontal and not on vertical tabs I've tried to create a help ticket for it but apparently the help form just does nothing and doesn't send when I click submit Anyone else experience any of these issues? And how can you contact Mozilla even? Edit - fixed after windows restart

Updated Firefox and lost Bookmarks

More of a comment. Firefox is the only browser I have used. Love it! Many important bookmarks to easily navigate. Broser update messed up bookmarks and took me hours to get back! Found. Save key and/or password! Learned a lot about profiles and Firefox along the way. Ugh!

Firefox 145 sign in to sync doesn't work

Firefox was somehow reset after windows update restart. I was trying to sign in to sync, but sign in button gets blurred/disabled, and nothing happens then. I am afraid that I lost my previous session also.

I was trying troubleshooting mode too, but behavior is the same.

Otherwise I can login to my Firefox account web, and I am logged in on my smart phone still.

Your response Number 2 If you are referring to this Extension https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/ Look on the left side for the Support site link in the more information panel. It leads to https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/discussions

My question is addressed once again, "Third attempt?" Please give a direct reply. Firefox should have the contact information since you permitted it to be part of your browser extension.

Back to my original question posted here once again Recently, the video downloader helper stopped working with videos of YouTube links. The video downloader helper on the Firefox window is grey, meaning inactive. I tried using a video from a LinkedIn web page and was able to download it. Any suggestion? I recently purchased the license for a video downloader helper. Thanks Arvind [edited email from community support forum]
