Hi. I'm taking an online course for HVAC certification. Some test questions require to arrange the answers in a logic sequence. When I try to move the answers up or down, they 'snap back' into the original (wrong) position. Is there a solution to this issue? I'm using FireFox with Linux Mint Cinnamon.

I was messing with devtools before on my own site, and now whenever I go to tetr.io I keep getting "Debugger paused". Clicking the little "Deactivate breakpoints" icon in the Debugger tab in devtools changes nothing and it's still there.

tetr.io used to work on Firefox; I think when I was on 154 was when I last went on there.

Back in September 2025 we had the same issue for months and it was due to a Mozilla bug. This just happened today after the last Firefox update. I have a desktop with windows 10 and a pretty new laptop with windows 11 both from Dell. They both have the same problem.

I get the email from One Drive and I see the pictures on the email. I click on them to got One Drive to see them all and it goes gray, not loading pictures. I can see them in the Edge browser!!!!!

I really hope this does not take moths to be fixed again.

235 Hello, my bank updated its online banking service, and since then, I haven't been able to log in. It works with Edge or Chrome but not Firefox. I never keep my browsing history and have cleared the cache, so why can't I log in?

Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor.

What can Firefox change so I can log into aarp.org or when I read an email open the article up from the AARP page. I continue to get error 15

I wanted to register a hose reel. I have attached the information provided for registering the product.

When I entered the URL shown on the card stating that the page could not be displayed. I don't remember the error exactly. The strange part is that I could go to the home page, but if I selected the registration option I got the error. So it made no difference how I tried to go to the registration page I got the same error.

I was about to call the manufacture when I decided to try Microsoft Edge. To my surprise the web page opened and I completed the registration.

After completing the registration I went back to FireFox to get the error for this question. To my surprise the web page opened correctly.

Can you explain what is going on and what I should do if it happens in the future?

I use a paid for subscription to Gemini AI. It often creates "visuals" for me apparently using JSON code. These do not show up at all. Moreover, the buttoms and other UI controls do not display well in Firefox. Is there a way to fix this?

I am using Firefox to conduct Securus Jpay video connect visits and I have been unable to join a scheduled session due to what I believe is failure of the downloaded VRE client to load. When I do a precall test, everything, including the VRE client works correctly and I'm told that I will be able to run a session successfully. However, just as the video connect visit is about to begin, I am told to download the VRE client to continue. I have don't this multiple times, deleting each prior download and re-doing the download +installation. It's been very frustrating and I've tried everything. Up until about 2 weeks ago, everything was working smoothly. I'm stumped. Please help. thank you.

From Firefox, I have launched Earthlink Web Mail. When reading an email, scrolling doesn't work. It worked yesterday from firefox. It works today on Edge. It works today on my Android phone.

Can anyone try to access Richard Sounds website and get it resolved properly? It works fine on Google, no idea why it doesn't in Firefox. Regards,

this issue has arisen suddenly over the last month. so i try to load bandcamp and for a few moments i'm able to go from page to page. after a certain short amount of time has passed between me opening the site and using it, just seconds, upon me clicking a link, pages initially appear to load [the refresh button switches to the X icon] before they quickly halt and keep me stuck on the same page. attempting to open a link in a new tab in this state gives a blank page - not showing as about:blank in the url but the intended destination. sometimes when i try to confirm a change on something i have uploaded to the site or try to log in, bandcamp gives an error reading "There was network error. Please try again."

so i originally thought it had something to do with using a VPN; initially i thought it was alleviated when i turned it off but i was wrong, problem soon reappeared. i've actually been using zen browser for a while, so maybe it was localised to that? i switch back to regular firefox and it was there too. troubleshooting mode didn't yield any difference either, so there's no conflict with extensions... clearing all bandcamp site data hasn't worked either, now because of this issue i just can't log back in lol. i ended up testing on a non-firefox browser, microsoft edge, and found that this issue isn't present there. so i'm kind of stumped on how to figure this out by myself now. keep in mind this is the only website that is affected by this issue

I'm seeking support to try to resolve an issue that has recently started happening. I can't be the only one who is experiencing this, so if this is resolved others can benefit too. I'm not a complete novice, but neither do I claim to be an I.T. expert.

I use my ISP's webmail service to access my emails. I'm aware I could use an email client, but I prefer to access via a web browser and have done so for many years. About a week ago, I was no longer able to sign in to my webmail. I thought it may be a problem with my provider, so I checked using other web browsers - Safari on iOS which worked and Microsoft Edge (using the same internet connection, same desktop PC) which also worked and continues to work without issue. I can only think it must be something wrong with Firefox? I can access the sign in page as normal using Firefox and select my email address, but after attempting to login I always get the same error message:

Sorry, we can't sign you in just now

Don't worry, it's just a quick pause to help keep your account safe.

Instead:

   Use a device you've signed in on before
   Try again from a familiar connection
   If you're on a VPN, switch it off and have another go

I have 2 extensions installed in Firefox - Adblock Plus and Ghostery. I have already added the specific URLs to the allowed websites list (first is the sign in page, second is what it redirects to):

mail2.virginmedia.com oauth.virginmediao2.co.uk

I have searched around for possible solutions, to no avail. Virgin Media advise only signing in on their main home page, but I've never done this as its just another step and extra unnecessary clicks. I don’t want to constantly be bombarded with news, offers and promotions every time I want to check my email, so I only use the direct webmail sign in.

I have tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Then I tried to refresh Firefox, none of which worked. I also tried uninstalling Firefox, then using CCleaner to perform a clean up and registry scan to fix any possible issues, followed by a clean installation. To my surprise, I was able to sign in to webmail OK. However, the next morning, I got the same error. The only other settings I have tried tweaking is adding exceptions to turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" and "Block pop-ups and third-part redirects" on those 2 web addresses.

Any suggestions or options to try would be appreciated.

I am on the VistaPrint website and have an Ai support window open that I can't close because the entire window is not visible. I need the top of the window available to close it out and unfortunately the window blocks me from doing anything. I have backed out, logged back in and the window is still present. I contacted Vistaprint and they said it was a firefox issue and to try Chrome. I used Chrome and they are correct, I can access everything, went back to firefox and tried but the window is still present, if the window size could be reduced, I could access the top to close it. Please help.

By "extremely" I mean an all-caps extremely.

Some bulletpoints:

• Tried deleting stored data of affected websites
• Affects articles on e.g. science.org and pnas.org
• Tested troubleshooting mode
• Tested against Edge
• I noticed that the references (bibliography section) loads one by one, very slowly
• Hence maybe has to do with the integration of GetFTR by the affected journals
• Disabling tracking protection didn't work
• Only thing that "worked" (isn't a solution, really) is disabling all scripting and just using reading mode, using e.g. "||pnas.org^$stylesheet" in uBlock; doing that, the papers load in an instance

I first went to bugzilla, but read: "please consider checking Firefox Help instead of creating a bug", plus I don't know what technical stuff to submit.

Hi everyone! I have a couple issues that I'm encountering for an otherwise solid experience.

1. Scrolling with my touchpad or touchscreen on my laptop is choppy with Firefex while being smooth as butter using Edge and Chrome. It's on a specific website with a ton of pictures - Slickdeals.net. No problems with all other websites. The issue is w or w/o hardware acceleration.

2. I thought I found something great with Firefox's option to disregard a site's native font...so that my chosen option will override every site. Instead, it's showing up on only a handful of sites I use. More confounding is the fact that changing font size is not taking effect...when I choose 'reader view' those options work perfectly but going into the main settings just won't act accordingly. I'm also on the Microsoft forum talking about help with a virus but I'd like to know if anyone else is struggling with this...thanks!
