When Using fire fox it loads sites very slow if at all, and does not use correct passwords for the site selected. I use Norton Security and am operating on windows 11. When using Microsoft edge for the same it works fine. I've had firefox for years and have always updated it, but within the last week or so it seems to be getting worse and worse. Any Suggestions?

Firefox FREQUENTLY totally removes added applications attached and it totally screw up my ability to access anything when you remove my Bitdefender application from access then I have to again EXPLORE added applicaitons!!

I run Nord vpn, I always exit FF with a bunch of open tabs so I can continue where I left off. When I launch my vpn I either get a page with Secure Connection Failed, or sometimes your something about forbidden. My nephew told me it could have something to do with "keep alive" and the vpn doesn't know the same route is no longer available until it tries to send data. He says there are settings for keep Alive connection or to shorten the connection duration.

once in a while when I fire up my vpn it will load new tabs without issue, usually I have to keep turn Nord on and off until I finally works.

Could you tell me which files from your browser I need to add to the exceptions for split tunneling in my VPN for it to work correctly? Adding only the .exe file doesn't help.

i have had intego vpn for some time, historically i was able to use firefox and intego vpn to access web sites only after i had executed a shut-down and restart, not good but it worked if i needed, but there is now an inability for Firefox to establish a valid connection to any website when intego vpn is active, both firefox and mac-os are up to date

what do i have to do to get firefox and intego vpn to work together?

sadly intego vpn performed well with chrome but chrome brings it's own problems:)

It's probably a security setting...for some websites I go to Log In and nothing happens. Same for say signing up for a webinar. 80% of the time now Especially if I'm following a clicked eMail...so most likely a tracker of sorts?? ChatGPT not helping...wants me to do some techy stuff.

Trouble Shooting Mode, turning off ETP off for site AND in Exclusions... In Chrome, no problem.

Malwarebytes is picking up and blocking an outbound connection request from Firefox - www.highperformance.com. Anyone else experiencing this?

I may have inadvertantly blocked Firefox from executing. I run Windows 11 on my desktop, and use SpyBot as my virus defender. Last night SpyBot may have run and prevented Firefox from running. This morning it would not open at all, no matter using a shortcut button or activating the program directly from Menu. I tried re-installing, but a window opens saying, "Hmm. For some reason we could not install Firefox." I tried uninstalling Mozilla but the window opens to initiate the process but in 20 minutes less than 1% of the procedure bar is lit and blinking. Do you have any suggestions?

In the "General" section of my Firefox Settings, it states that "Your browser is being managed by your organization."

When I click on that, it shows the word "Certificates" under Policy Name, and "ImportEnterpriseRoots" under Policy Value.

Is this something that Firefox installed, or is it something a third-party (like my former company) installed on my computer.

Also, would this possibly slow down my computer?

I did not enable this setting and it has to be disabled. I t seems one of your updates enabled it. Tell me how to disable it please!

Hi, unwanted site opens every first start of mozilla after PC has been reloaded.

I've scaned with malwarebytes, did a refresh of mozilla browser

The proxy settings just don't apply. I set the settings on the system, all programs work via proxy except Firefox (set to use system proxy settings). If I set the proxy manually in Firefox, the connection still doesn't go through the proxy.

I found that only the very first connection after starting Firefox goes through the proxy, absolutely all subsequent connections do not go through the proxy.

How do I stop Norton and McAfee pop-up windows appearing continuously on a Windows 10 computer. They are saying that their subscription are out of date. But their protection software is not installed. The computer has Malwarebytes virus protection installed
