Fortinet (or Forticloud) all of a sudden started a couple weeks ago to deny my access to many websites when I click on the link in an article, etc. Never happened before. When I contacted Fortinet, they said maybe Firefox added this to my account. I prefer to delete this security measure. Does anyone know how? Thanks.

When you let Firefox open for long on work on it a lot, some domains stop to load, it means for example that for a period your youtube website will work normally, but after a while if you try to open anything from youtube it will load a black page and nothing else, you can refresh or try whatever you want, all the "youtube domain" is blacklisted until you kill Firefox and reopen it freshly

It happens to me since forever, on all OS, on many different devices, I learned to live with it, but I was bored and I was obliged to work on other browsers for a while where you don't experience things like that and at your return in Firefox it becomes big so I ended up posting it here

It's maybe related to cache (not the cache that you flush with ctrl-F5, this isn't working but), a sort of cache related to Firefox process, the Web handler/content module maybe, I don't know. I guess that if maybe you can clean from the actual process all the data concerning the domain, it will load nicely without reloading all Firefox

The step to reproduce are quite difficult as you see here but i'm sure that i'm not the only one experiencing that

For some time now I have been having a page pop up that is asking me to enter my username and password so that Firefox can be undated. The .com address that is listed is: jincloude.com. The only way I can get rid of this page is to pull up task manager and close Firefox completely. Does anyone know why this page keeps popping up and how to prevent it from continuing to do so.

Literally, for days I tried to do a very simple thing that I've done 100s of times before, and that was to book a reservation at a campground using the new (at least new to me) website at ReserveAmerica.com The screen error that appeared virtually at any time was "We've experienced an error" on any of the booking steps. I thought it was the Reserve America's problem, so I texted them and they told me to try another browser, so I did and MS Edge went right through w/o any problems. My Firefox is up to date, and I'm using Version 73.0.1 (64-bit). Thanks for your great software that I've used for years!!!!

Amazon does it. Google does it. Yahoo does it. Virtually every newspaper in the Western World does it. Why does Mozilla fail to do it? I'm referring to your help page navigation system. At the bottom of just about every help page, Mozilla has a little menu to aid in our browsing through their help system page by page (e.g., < 1 2 3 4 ... >). And of course, once a number or arrow is clicked we're more or less quickly navigated to our selected page. BUT THEN WE'RE ABANDONED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TARGET PAGE! Literally DUMPED! Common sense alone, as well as reading newspapers for your entire lives, studying Egyptian hieroglyphics and Chinese pictographs (yes, this principle has been around that long!), and many more examples, would/should tell the programers that the smart thing, if not the considerate thing, to do would be to automagically position us at the top of the new page. Can you please fix this "little oversight" ASAP? Please?

Win10 - I was originally using a 3rd party addon, and experiencing this problem. I tried a few of them and they all did the same thing: the screen froze for about 20 seconds, then switched over to a new email in my Outlook (desktop) program, which had already been open (i.e. FF didn't have to wait for the program to open). I tried this from Chrome, and it worked instantly (so, the underlying functions work just fine). I got rid of the addon (I had tried a few of them) and just used the built-in Alf-F "Email link" function; it did the same thing. Right now my only quick method is to use Chrome, but I'd prefer Firefox instead. I appreciate any help.

Adding New Filetypes to Download List

I am following directions on this page, which is supposed to be applicable to my version Firefox 78.0.1 on my Windows 10 Pro 64 system:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-firefox-behavior-when-open-file#w_adding-download-actions

But when I come to the subheading, "Adding Download Actions", it shows a dialog window which is unlike the one I get. Of the two images I've attached, the article shows the larger while I am offered the smaller. The article says the "Do this automatically" checkbox may be disabled, but doesn't mention it being absent: "Is Do this automatically for files like this from now on disabled? This can happen if the website's server incorrectly specifies the Internet Media type of the file. It also can happen if the server assigns "Content-Disposition: attachment" to the file. Could be the case here. Whether it is or not isn't important. What is important, is adding filetypes. I have no qualms with editing the registry if necessary. Can someone help me out with this?

I have just installed Firefox on my Mac, it's up to date, but I am running into a problem on every single website I visit, which is that I can fill in forms online with all my information -- except for credit card information. Those form fields show up narrower than other form fields on the same pages, and it's impossible for me to enter any information into them. Is there any reason this may be happening?
