I have my credit card info correctly saved in the FF settings on my PC desktop, but it doesn't work correctly on some online forms.

When it fails to work I click on the truncated information for the saved credit card I wish to use, but it fills in later numbers in the sequence incorrectly with the wrong digits and too few numbers to even be a legitimate credit card number

I have double checked in the settings, "privacy and security", and the credit card numbers are entered correctly there and enabled.

The form I have most recently had issues with were for a local "big day of giving" site, and it is powered by something called "mighty cause."

I can't include a screenshot of the issue itself occurring or my settings, for obvious reasons.

My PC is windows 11 home edition, and the version of Firefox is 150.0.1 (I think).

When I fill in IRS Direct Pay it does not accept dashes in my social security number but something in my laptop inserts them. I don't know how to eliminate that. I also don't know where to correct a mistake in auto fill in my e-mail address.

Logging into an account, when I start typing my email address several other suggestions are provided, many are outdated. Made a typo once and it is still saved somewhere. I want to make the old and erroneous ones to go away.

Cannot figure out why auto-fill will work with some websites (FedEx), or USPS when I'm scheduling a pickup.

But then at other times, even on USPS, when I attempt to sign up for tracking updates, I get no response to the NAME or EMAIL ADDRESS boxes, and I have to fill them in myself.

Can't figure out the inconsistency. And those were just two examples of sites. It happens frequently. Some fill, with just a click, others force me to type in all the same info that's already saved in my auto-fill memory.

Anyone else seeing this inconsistency, and has figured out a fix or what I'm doing wrong?

I have about 19 jillion saved addresses in autofill. I know how to delete individual addresses, but I'd like to know if there's a way to select multiple entries or to delete all of them in a single operation.

How do I find where zip code is stored? When I use zip code search, it is prefilled to 48201.

I live in 45014. I do not know where the above zip came from. I've only ever been to Michigan once in my life and that was in 2002.

I've searched in settings and can't find where a location is stored.

When I'm filling out a form o a website and get to a box for email address, I get a drop-down list of email addresses: some are correct, but some are ones which I no longer use or are are misspelled (from one time that I mistyped it). How can I edit that list to delete this erroneous or no longer used email addresses?

I want to edit my auto-fill data, I suspect it may have errors. How do I get to see and edit the auto-fill data that has been entered into my browser? I have looked and can't locate this info.

Shopping with an online vendor I have never contacted before, using fully updated Firefox on Win 11 Pro and ESET, the website checkout offered a "Buy with SHOP [visa] ####" blue button. '####' is the last four digits of a credit card of mine.

I did not realize until later "Buy with SHOP [visa] ####" meant "Shopify" would own the transaction. I have never established any online "Wallet" and would never do that. I had never heard of "Shopify." I did not know what it is. Now I do, and I am terrified. I have the complete source code from the page. If that would help a diagnosis, let me know. It is clear that Shopify populates the form from information it already has; how they write the HTML is less important than how they got this personal information in the first place.

Is there a setting in Firefox that allows this? If so, how can I disable it? IF Mozilla has distributed an "update" that defaults a wallet to "ON". please tell me. Tell me in simple terms how to shut all this garbage off so it stays off.

My credit card company, Chase, has Excellent Security and no charge from Shopify will be paid, ever. But what other data does Shopify have and how did they get it?

Why without updating the browser I have a problem where the browser no longer shows the window with the suggested password

Why does your browser break without anyone's intervention, why does it stop showing the password insertion menu as before, and there is no way to fix it. Every time you screw up, I just have to reinstall the browser?
